We had a pleasant stay. Good value, good location. I didn't see any of the problems mentioned in the reviews. Maybe the showerhead is a little low, but I'm taller than average. Breakfast was good. Service was good. I've stayed at much worse in USA for 5 times the price. I've stayed at 5 different hotels in Khon Kaen and this is the best so far.

Kamarnya cukup besar. AC sangat kotor. Banyak debu yang terlihat tertiup ke dalam ruangan. Itu sebabnya saya batuk sepanjang malam. Handuknya hanya 1, padahal kebanyakan hotel memiliki 2 handuk besar dan 2 handuk kecil. Tempat tidurnya bau. Handuknya bau. Kepala pancuran menggantung di ketinggian 1,65 m, terlalu rendah bagi kami. Tidak ada dinding atau tirai. Kamar mandinya sangat kotor. Kamar mandinya basah kuyup setelah mandi. Saya mengerti banyak ulasan buruk. Mengapa hotel ini memiliki 4 bintang? Beruntung bagi kami hanya untuk 1 malam. Kolam renangnya kecil. Kami ingin mengemas koper kami di malam hari, tetapi pencahayaan di dalam ruangan sangat minim untuk dapat melakukannya dengan baik. Sarapannya buruk.

A pleasant experience from check-in to checkout. I have stayed here before, some years ago. While the property is generally excellent, the light in the bathroom is extremely poor. No good for makeup or shaving. Everything else is excellent and I'm booking to stay there again when I drive upmin October.

Had a fantastic stay in the Premium room. Plenty of room for 2 people. If you need any help the girls at the counter speak some english. Lookout for Ian he is a lovely chap and speak clear english and Thai.

This hotel is great. It's clean, super soft beds and pillows. Spacious rooms with a bathtub in the bathroom. I'd recommend anyone to stay here for any purpose. The location is great. Next to everything you need for a weekend or just passing by.

Lokasi hotel di tengah kota, dengan harga murah mendapatkan fasilitas yang bagus, dekat pusat perbelanjaan dan juga airport. Breakfast bervariasi hanya saja saya hanya makan egg dan roti (karena mengandung babi semua). Pelayanan ramah, tetapi maklum di sini banyak yang tidak bisa berbahasa inggris, terimakasih untuk resepsionis yang paham dengan apa yang saya inginkan dan memberikan saya kamar dengan tipe twin bed. Smoking dilarang di Khon Kaen dengan denda yang cukup tinggi 5000Baht. Kekurangan, ac nya sepertinya tidak bisa diatur jadi kita kedinginannnn banget, remote tv rusak.
