Wonderful stay.Perfect location walking distance to everywhere you want to be.Fantastic front desk staff especially Kathy,Bella and Anna.Very kind and sweet people.They always greet you with a smile and are very helpful.The tour service(0ily tours) has the best tours and prices in Phuket.I can speak for a long time.My stay by far exceeded my expectations.Thank you for your hospitality

Very nice spotless hotel. Enjoyed my stay. I must say the neighboring hotel plays loud music, which obviously Grace hotel has no control over it. Maybe next time when I stay over there I'll write a complain that Grace hotel can take it to their municipality/city

This trip was a family trip with children and the staff was friendly and very kind. The location was very good and easy to get to. The hotel was very clean, beautiful and pleasant to stay in. We love the staff at this hotel. I have been to Phuket many times and I would like to use this hotel again on my next visit. Thank you for all your kindness and care. My children love the staff very much. Thank you!!!

Seluruhnya bagus. Mereka menyediakan taoll ke pantai dan sowemingboll. Kami juga menyediakan payung untuk semua orang. Namun, mereka perlu menyediakan lebih banyak teh dan kopi. Juga perlu menyediakan lebih banyak air. Biayanya bagus untuk hotel. Namun, setelah tiga bulan, saya terkejut melihat jumlahnya bertambah. Karyawannya juga bagus.

Would definitely stay again and strongly recommend it. Excellent hotel. I stayed in deluxe room number 703. The room was a reasonable size. It was so spacious that it could easily accommodate six people. Nice hot, doubleheaded shower. The staff is very kind and welcoming. They allowed me to check in early for free. Late checkout was charged. Everything is a 10minute walk away. There is also a rooftop pool.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The room is tidy and has many shelves for storage. However, the hotel room had an odd smell on our first day, but it faded away afterward. The provided bath towels are also quite filthy, covered in brown stains. We once received a towel with numerous brown stains, and we asked for a new one, but they were unable to provide them because their other towels were still being washed. Its quite convenient to request an iron at the lobby counter. For 50 baht per kg, you can also have your laundry washed and dried. The staff is generally courteous and helpful.

On november 23, we spent four nights here. The room was tidy and roomy. There was excellent water pressure. Although my companion complained about the mattress being a little too firm, i didnt find it a problem. The hotel has a gym and pool. Excellent and lovely. Quiet and far from any commotion. Ideal for a family vacation.

Namun, butuh 15 menit berjalan kaki ke pantai dan Anda mungkin harus menunggu di sepanjang Jalan Neraka Bangla untuk mencapainya. Restoran Arab, Yaman, dan Maroko berjarak 5 menit. Saya tidak merekomendasikan keluarga untuk memilih hotel Panong secara umum, tetapi secara keseluruhan ini adalah hotel yang bagus jauh dari keramaian dan kebisingan Jalan Neraka Bangla.
