Все отлично! Очень хороший просторный номер (бронировали студию),есть мини-кухня с микроволновкой, чайником, минимальным набором посуды, на балконе сушилка для одежды, чисто, уборка была ежедневно. Устойчивый сигнал wi-fi. Рядом рынок, 7 eleven в этом же доме. Отель оставил самые положительные впечатления.

Отличный отель. Прожил в нем с 21 марта по 1 апреля 2019 года. Быстрое заселение, хороший большой номер на 5 этаже. Неплохой балкон, сушилка под вещи на балконе. Стол со стульями в номере. Два стула на балконе. Микроволновка, дополнительная раковина в комнате. Рядом рынок с едой и продуктами. До первой линии минут семь пешком. Шум от проезжающих автомобилей под окнами не мешал. Лифт быстрый и тихий. Уборка по требованию. Если не повесил табличку с просьбой об уборке, то все равно постучат и уточнят, требуется ли уборка. В целом остался доволен размещением. Был бы в отеле еще бассейн, было бы идеальным вариантом. Но и ценник был бы гораздо выше. За 11 ночей проживания заплатил 13 тысяч рублей. Бронировал за две недели до заселения.

Stayed at Grand residence jomtien for 11 nights rooms are spacious and extremely clean and tidy. Hotel staff are excellent and very helpful location is excellent close to local market and entertainment venues. Only small gripe is Wi-Fi is a bit hit and miss but overall excellent value for money would definitely stay again

No complaints about this hotel. Spotlessly clean thanks to a daily housekeeping service. Secure, great location, 24 hour staff. Only downside is no tea or coffee in the room (which is not so common in Thailand but I am sure would be appreciated). No restaurant either but there is a 7/11 next door for coffee etc. I will for sure stay here again next trip to Pattaya.

Hotel ini terletak tidak jauh dari pantai Jomtien, dan tidak jauh dari sana terdapat banyak katering umum. Harga yang mereka tawarkan cukup murah. Semua pegawai disini melayani dengan sangat baik hati dan juga menyenangkan. Kamar yang mereka miliki kondisinya tidak begitu baik. Di dalam kamar tidak tersedia serangga.

Hotel yang bagus. Terletak 10 menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun bus dan pasar malam. Di sebelah minyak, ada pasar kecil lainnya di mana harga buah-buahan lebih rendah dibandingkan pasar lokal Jomtien. Kamar bersih, besar, sprei diganti dan dibersihkan setiap hari. Semua staf ramah dan selalu siap membantu Anda. Ada kebisingan jalan, tapi tidak mengganggu anak-anak. Hotel ini benar-benar membayar, bahkan sangat murah. Di lantai bawah gedung yang sama terdapat ATM dan toko 7 Eleven. Berjarak 7 menit berjalan kaki dengan santai ke Bendungan Jomtien.

Sangat direkomendasikan! Penginapan yang indah dengan harga terjangkau. Staf terlatih dan ramah. Kamar yang sangat luas dengan segala fasilitasnya: AC, TV layar datar, kulkas besar, banyak ruang di lemari pakaian dan meja samping tempat tidur, microwave, wastafel, kamar mandi dengan bilik shower, lift, dan botol air setiap hari. Terletak satu blok dari Beach Road dan dekat dengan pasar dan bar.

Kamarnya bersih, pelayanan stafnya baik, di lantai bawah ada 7- 11, di sebelah pasar bisa jalan kaki sebentar. Tapi kalau kamarnya di pinggir jalan raya, suara mobil lumayan keras. Secara keseluruhan, saya merekomendasikan hotel ini.

A decent apartmentstyle hotel with spacious rooms and wellequipped kitchenettes. The property is directly above 7/11, an atm, and right next to the rompho markets and bar area. You can stroll down soi 7 to the beach in 5 minutes. In comparison to the room, the bathroom was small. The tv remote wasnt working, but i politely asked the reception staff to replace the batteries, and she did right away. The air conditioning was mediocre, maybe it needs a clean. The blinds dont block out the morning sun, so you cant sleep in. A few minor issues, but overall a pretty good place to stay. It would be suitable for someone looking for a longterm stay in jomtien.

Ive stayed here a few times now. Every day the rooms are cleaned and the staff are friendly. This time i couldnt get in because all the rooms were booked up so thats a sign of how good it is. I will always stay here.
