The hotel is affordable, clean, and has a nice pool! The area is nice and quiet, no construction work. It is incredibly short walk to restaurants and nightlife. I dont know why the other reviews arent good!.

Its a good hotel, just ten minutes walk from the nana bts station. But dont worry, they have free tuktuns every hour until 8 pm from hotel to mtg or sukhumvit road.

The location is not bad. Close to convenience stores. You can walk to terminal 21 and its not too far away. The staff are quite friendly. 3 stars for the location. To be honest, the hotel needs to redecorate. Bathroom has a design problem that the floor is easy to become sanitize as if it were i rooster. On the other hand, you can see it is old and not very clean. Refrigerator not cold. Everything could be better.

My wife and son were booked when they came for visa appointments. The room wasnt too expensive, and she said the rooms were nice and clean, the staff was friendly, but i was very disappointed with the breakfast on offer, which cost an extra 400 baht per person. There is no buffet or thai option.

I frequently visit Bangkok and am familiar with the area, so I've stayed at this hotel a few times now. It is conveniently located close to restaurants, cafes, and bars that are well-suited for tourists and the expat community. Soi 11, which is very lively at night, is only a short walk away. It's just a short walk to the nearest sky train, but like many sons, there are motorbike taxis that quickly get you to Sukhumvit rp. The sky train is only a short distance away. Although the rooms I stayed in have a modern feel, they definitely need some attention. Despite being brand new, this hotel isn't brand new, so while it is comfortable and will meet your basic needs, it isn't a luxury trip. It appears that the price implies you don't expect such luxury, and I believe it has the appropriate balance of comfort and price. Strangely, the rooms I reserved lack windows so you can move around. If I remember, there is only space for four sofas. The rooftop restaurant hasn't been in use for a long time, and it's been covered by the elements, making it a real mess. I was traveling from pocket, so I checked late at night, around 2300 his. I was about to board it, but I don't know which it's station is this hotel nearby, so I called the hotel for help. The receptionist named kim, if I can remember, was very helpful for the things I needed. From the information about it's, the water, and the flat iron. He also made checking so smooth and easy. He was very helpful, polite and extremely quick to respond to my needs. Also, I would like to praise the cleanliness of the hotel room, especially the toilet. When I arrived late at night, my room was at the beat temperature that I wanted and was well ready to use. The staff is very helpful and polite.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city and within walking distance from all clubs in soy 11. The room was clean, although the pool was a little dirty. Breakfast was served in i small coffee house above the roof but only open for limited time. The main reason is the price. You wont find if you pay more for otel than this in center of city with all club soies 11 within 50 to 100 meters. Guest houses were more expensive than true hotels. Good friendly englishspeaking receptionist mr. Joo and others.

The rooms are large and wellkept. They offer a wardrobe, refrigerator, electric kettle, and dryer. However, there is no hot water for showering, making it impossible to use the tv remote. The setting is serene and quiet. Although the price is quite expensive, its not causing any problems because i only spent one night here and they will request remuneration when we check out and ask for ten thousand baht of deposit during manginap. There is less friendliness from the front desk receptionists.

I arrived late last night and checked in easily. The room is spacious and the sheets clean. There are no bugs or insects which is always a bonus. Shower works well and there is soap and shower gel. Carpet needs to be renewed but apart from that i have no complaints.

Like most hotels, they do their best after the covid hit. Always stayed here. Great place. However, the pool is not working and the restaurant is closed like many other places. But got hit by water. Air conditioning. Good bed and good people running things.

Since I frequently visit Bangkok and are acquainted with the region, I've stayed at this hotel a few times. It is reasonably suitable for its location because it is close to the bars, eateries, and cafes that are well-known to visitors and the expat community. Soi 11 is a short walk away, and it is pretty lively at night. The nearest sky train is a short distance away, but like many sons, there are motorbike taxis that will quickly transport you to Sukhumvit Rp. A short distance from here to the sky train. The rooms I've stayed in have a contemporary feel, but they could use some attention. It is not a brand-new hotel, so while it is pleasant and will meet your basic necessities, it is not a luxury stay. But I believe the cost suggests that you don't anticipate such luxurious, which is the ideal measure of comfort at a reasonable price. Strangely, the rooms I stayed in do not have windows on either one. If I recall, there are just 4 lounges. On one trip, I was unable to sit and enjoy the sun. I would suggest that the water never surpassed my expectations because the rooftop restaurant was not covered in water. The hotel responded to the issue, but it has no effect on the overall image. Having a pool in a Bangkok hotel is without a doubt fantastic

The internet connection was fast, but it occasionally stopped working for several hours at a time. It sometimes took some time to reset the router, though i believe they had to do so dozens of times yearly. The location is excellent, and has streamlined design. Many locations are easily accessible, yet its tucked away merely ten blocks from the main road, making it peaceful.
