Good location, easy access to good food and shopping in a vibrant neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is well equipped, with a free first load of minibar. One problem i have is the noise from the nearby nightclub into late evenings and midnight - music and singing. I complained to the front desk but they couldnt do anything. When i checked into the room, i noticed two pairs of earplugs in the bathroom and wondered why. That night i realized their purpose! Another observation is that the hot water in the shower is unstable, sometimes very hot and sometimes cold. Breakfast is very good - free to choose from any items on the menu. The food quality is also good.

My friend and i had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was great, but what truly made the experience special was the warm and attentive service from the staff, who made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, just what we needed to relax after a busy day of activities. Breakfast is served early, around 6 a. M., and you can choose from a menu, which was very convenient. We were also pleasantly surprised to find free items in our room on the first day, such a thoughtful detail. Without a doubt, this is the best small hotel i have ever stayed at. Highly recommended, and thank you for a wonderful stay!.

Overall, this is one of the best hotels ive stayed in during my many trips to chiang mai. And that means something, as i have stayed in at least 20 different places here! A wonderful little gem where you are treated like royalty. The service is excellent and very accommodating, right down to the option to order extra pillows, which i really appreciated! The property is impressively well maintained, which is quite rare in thai areas where places are often beautifully built but not maintained. The pool is perfect for morning swims, and having breakfast by the pool is a real treat! The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with charming balconies that are just the right size. The high tea was not only delicious but also visually stunning. The room also has an air purifier, and each night you can enjoy a delicious bedtime story and a small gift a quirky but thoughtful touch.
