We stayed here for two nights in the month of may. 5 out of 5. But heres what we love the most. Large shower area, although we were in an executive room, delicious breakfast with a little bit of everything and they did it so well. The staff is helpful, polite, and takes great care of guests. They are worthy of the fivestar hotel that they are what you wish they could have done. In addition to handing out the beach bar menu - paddle board i was disappointed that this was not allowed on the day we went there on t he calm sea day, which was disappointing because we had been looking forward to it. We did kayak instead, but it was also fun. Despite the fact that there were lots of kids at the resort who obviously had ecstatic, we werent bothered because the property had several layers of pools that helped separate them apart. This is one of the best hotels in sambo! The hotel boasts stunning interior design and landscape. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the hotel and taking in all of its activities. The flow from the lobby to all the amenities to our room was flawless. Our experience at the foyer was unparalleled, and we have never seen a hotel invest so much money in design like this. One of our favorite aspects was the nighttime led lights. While the room itself was fantastic, we particularly appreciated the bathtub area. I have no complaints about the service provided. Breakfast was by far the finest weve ever had in Samui. For dinner, i highly recommend the sesun grill and beach bar. Highquality and inventive cuisine was served. Sitting next to the beach at night and sipping teeping on booze was quite soothing. My favorite dish was taco. Yangna cuisine stood out for lunch, although we didnt fully comprehend the cooking style. Although we werent sure what the cuisine originated, the pad kapraw tasted like genuine thai food, but the green curry tastered like adapted by the european way of eating.

The hotel area and pools are cool, but the beach isnt very good, so dont swim there. Dirty, the room has a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast is good and the service is great. But the food in the restaurant is not tasty and expensive.

The resort is truly remarkable. The Hyatt regency koh samani provided an exceptional experience. It boasts excellent beach access and spacious rooms with sea views. Staff members at all levels and levels are exceptional, always anticipating guests needs. Highly recommended!.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. The room was spacious, clean, and wellequipped with all the necessary amenities. What truly impressed us was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff when my wife fell ill during our stay in the kitchen. They went above and beyond to meet her needs, especially making soup exactly to her liking. Their thoughtfulness and care made navigating stifling situation much more manageable. While some inhouse facilities were on the expensive side, we appreciated the option to use outsourcing services at fewer rates, allowing us to enjoy all of these amenities without breaking the bank. Overall, our experience at the hyatt was outstanding.

The hotel is stunning. The largest and bestlocated villa in the hotel, villa 1 is recommended. Stay there is advised. Both the bedroom and living room face the sea, and the swimming pool and bedroom face it. There is enough space in both the living area and apartment. You can stroll to the coral along the water because of the good seclusion. It feels like you have the entire reef and beach to yourself at the very edge of your hotel villa neighborhood. Excellent service is also provided by the motel. Through wechat, the butler responds quickly, while the car owner is always accessible. Breakfast can be delivered to your room or by a pool. For afternoon tea, evening wine tasting, as well as fruit meals, you can visit the executive lounge. When i saw two workers cleaning the room, he saw mowing fallen leaves from the pool, one worker sweeps the floor, another cleaner sweeping the rooms. Leave the plates at home, so the kitchen staff will pick them up. We spent three nights in this villa, where the kids had countless hours. Two days in remembrance were given to us, including thai massages. They always gave excellent massage techniques, which was consistently massaged with care. Once more, thank you to all the employees.

Dear hyatt management, i wanted to share my thoughts on my recent stay at your property to commemorate our 10th wedding anniversary. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, and the property itself was lovely and provided a comfortable stay. However, im forced to address some concerns regarding the service your staff provides. While the atmosphere and accommodations were pleasant, their demeanor appeared laid back. It was particularly frustrating that we had room service delays. Additionally, we were surprised to be charged for heated food, which took ten to fifteen minutes due to slow service. Unfortunately, even after paying for this service, there was an additional inconvenience when the cutlery wasnt promptly provided, leading to our food becoming cold by the time it arrived. On stodgier note, in honor of our upcoming 10year anniversary, they decorated our room and gave us lone cake. This thoughtful gesture enhanced our celebration. Regards meenakshi solanki-kumar.

The hotel has a positive overall image. Daow, the manager, is outstanding and assisted me with all of my requests. The only drawback was that during my stay from march 1 to 2, 2024, it was impossible to swim due to the excessive waves and the dissolution of pantone. Walking along the small beach turned out to be quite risky due in part to its slippery rocks.

The hotel has a very trendy and modern design, and the internet celebrity swimming pool is excellent. I reserved the hotel just after seeing the Internet celebrity pool, which left me feeling quite pleased. There arent many Chinese in the motel, but it is filled with fashionable europeans and american tourists. The hotels overall design and garden view are both very stylish, as is the music. Indian music is occasionally played, that can be heard or not. Although the lodging is small, the breakfast options are somewhat limited. In short, you can reserve this hotel if you enjoy fashion style. Energetic. It has an entirely different vibe to traditional, old fivestar hotels.

The 5 wow effect is missing here, but overall a good stay. The architecture is great, clean and modern look. Rooms are great with clean views definitely hyatt standards. But if you are looking for b&b, dont book this hotel! Dirty rocky sea and even one day there were oil stains - health problems from food (20 hours next to the toilet spent) Several families with children dont respect the adult pool area.

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms, the pool, and the view are all of a caliber. Ideal for bringing your family or on sex getaway. My requests were met promptly without prompting by the hotel staff, who are genuinely kind and accommodating. The bathrooms and rooms are immaculate and wellkept. All in all, its incredibly suitable for enjoying idly vacation.

The reception staff made us feel welcome and looked after us like royalty. I cant thank you enough for checking the ferry schedule and changing the pier without asking. You guys are amazing! 10/10 Our ocean view room 134 was clean, beautiful and everything was promised. 1010 location by the sea. Such a beautiful place. Restaurant sesun. The food is good but the atmosphere and service are what this place is all about. Once again we felt welcomed and were taken care of in famiable manner. Breakfast service is the only negative. Im not sure what problem the hotel is trying to solve by setting food so that even butter and jam must be requested. If the counter is not staffed every second of breakfast service (and it wasnt), it is more of an inconvenience for customers to keep fruit, yogurt, and other items behind the service counter. Hopefully this is resolved before we return and will. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience!.

The rooms are comfortable, but the storage space for luggage and clothes could be much larger. Its quite expensive, yet at least they offer good quality in return. Beautiful surroundings, direct access to the beach, delicious breakfast with international and Asian options, super friendly staff, cool restaurants and bars to hang out at.

On 23 september, we stayed in the ocean view rooms for 3 nights. The rooms are clean and spacious. Its a beautiful pool. Sand on the beach is the only drawback. Very coarse and felt like mini rocks rather than grit. There are quite ten steps to the pool area. At night, the stars pool is really beautiful. Parking is limited to 4 lots, which is absurd. If you arrive late, you will need to park across the street in redevelopment areas. People play incredibly important roles. Wed like to thank everyone on breakfast team! They make our day every morning! From all of the chefs to service staff, they are all nice and friendly. I want to express my gratitude to mr. Nong in particular for her excellent service. She is smiling, very attentive, thoughtful, and very friendly she is also very kind. Thank you, mmr nong!.

I adored this resort, the pools were fantastic, and the rooms were spotless. The bath was a little bit like being in heaven. It was an extra benefit to have onsite beach. All of the staff members were outstanding. Would gladly return, but the breakfast could have been tastier despite being excellent.

The hotel is fantastic. Very soothing and lovely. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is of high quality. Although the location isnt bad, not much is within walking distance. However, taxis are easily accessible in kh samanui. Additionally, the service is excellent and helpful.
