Saya tinggal di hotel ini selama 6 bulan, nyaman untuk perjalanan ke Rumah Sakit Bumrungrad. Dekat dengan banyak restoran. Lokasi bagus, mudah dijangkau, kamar cukup tenang. Ada semua peralatan dapur dan mesin cuci. Banyak hal yang mungkin tidak terlalu baik. Dan ada beberapa masalah. Tapi hotel selalu berusaha untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Tapi banyak hal yang bisa kami tangani sendiri, kami bantu. Karena menurut saya saya harus berlama-lama di kamar ini. Terima kasih Pak Simon, Pak Sondhi, Nong Bum, Nong Pui, Nong Beam, Nong Toey, Nong Bas, Nong June, Aoy, P Bem, P Golf, Nong Sap dan semua orang yang namanya tidak boleh disebutkan. Yang memberikan perawatan yang sangat baik Terutama Pak Sonthi Yang mendengarkan dan memecahkan masalah setiap saat. Perasuhan yang saya dapatkan dari sini adalah menerima perawatan dan perhatian dan benar-benar merasa seperti di rumah. Mungkin banyak orang yang merasa tidak nyaman dengan hotel ini. Tapi kami akan terus menjadi pelanggan di sini.

Hotel ini sangat menjijikkan! Bahkan tidak terlihat seperti sebuah hotel, melainkan sebuah rumah kos dari tahun 70 an. Kami mencari hotel selama 20 menit dan nomor telepon tidak dapat dihubungi. Akhirnya kami menemukannya. Mereka memeriksa kami selama satu jam. Ternyata kamar kami berada di gedung lain. Ketika kami masuk, ada kecoa mati di lantai. Petugas itu berdiri di atasnya sehingga kami tidak menyadarinya, tetapi kami melihatnya. Setelah itu, kami meminta uang kami kembali, tetapi mereka tidak mau mengembalikannya kepada kami. Mereka kembali dengan skandal. Terima kasih telah kembali.

First thing first to make things clear for the future guest, the residence was managed by skye hotel and for check in you need to go there. Hotel staffs and residence Housekeeping staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean enough given that the building is old. The only reason i gave 4 stars is due to location which is proned to very heavy traffic. Overall good place to stay for longer period as rooms included kitchenette, microwave and fridge.

We’re there for dr appo. The hospital was just a few min away, so convenient. There are a lot of street venders to choose from, and 7/11 is in the building too. The hotel didn’t have the hotel logo nor instruction on where to go for check in. (There’s an other hotel building with a different name, where we needed to go to check in.) That can be improved to make it easier for guests. Room was decent size with a good bed. The shower was our highlight, it had good hot water and great water pressure. Room had no windows so it felt depressing and outdated. They are trying to keep it up with cleanliness as we saw the pest control sign. As usual, the staff were very kind and patient.

Unbelievablely unprofessional! The booking was for Executive Suite, upon checking in, a rundown room away from the original hotel was issued which looks completely different from the picture with no wifi, landline not working, foul smelll and completely battered furnitures. When requested for a change, the hotel check-in staff said the Executive Suite already taken and only standard room available for the night without the slightest effort to offer any compensation!
