3. There is a 300 THB fee per guest per night for 3rd guest. Undeclared guests will be fined 1,000 THB per guest per night.

7. Standard check-out time is by 12pm. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours before your check-out and is subject to availability, half-day rate applies. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. If late check out past 12pm, we will request half-day rate if no notice is given.
11. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail. Food delivery e.g. via Grab to the address is, however, allowed.
6. A lost, missing, or damaged key, fob, or parking permit has a replacement cost of 3,000THB each.

5. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave only 1 bag of trash in the can maximum at the property. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE TRASH IN THE HALLWAY you will be fined 500 THB by the building and the fine will be passed onto you.
