- Smoking only garden, roof top, balcony or terrace please not inside
- If you break damage something please repair or replace it, thanks
- Please turn off the lights, TV, fan and air-conditioner every time you leave the room
- Please respect the others during the stay in the place, be mindful of the noise
- Keep the room clean and help save the belongings
- to check in you must pay a damage deposit of 500 Baht or its equivalent per person.
- Deposit will be returned evening day of check out after checking room for damages such as burnt, ripped or stained sheets and if all has been turned off and garbage has been carried downstairs opposite lobby. It will be returned via promptpay or revolut or in cash if you have late check out or store your luggage. Keys to be dropped of in mailbox in front lobby by noon
- If you dine in rooms keep furniture dry, keep waste in trash bags and dispose them at big bin besides lobby
- if you use our fridges make sure you label your food in closed plastic bags with date and room number as expired foods cause hygienic problems and will be discarded
- NO SHOES UPSTAIRS keep them by the main door inside on ground floor
- due to covid 19 our lobby remains closed and check in will be done contactless. Follow the check in instructions by contacting thru WA or line ID given of time of arrival and send a copy of passport visa page stamp or Thai ID card before and keys be in room for you to self check in by room number given beforehand.
No laundry in bathrooms especially sink. There are laundry machines downstairs only 30 baht a load.
- Double vaccination proof and a current 72 hour PCR test to be photographed and sent as well with passport or Thai ID day before check in and shown again upon arrival.
- Check-in after 10 PM will incur a fee of THB 100, as it falls outside of our regular operating hours.
- Check-in is not available after 11 PM, as it falls outside of our regular operating hours and no staff available.
