This hotel is absolutely amazing. First, the staff, each one of them has been exceptional. When we arrived, it was raining, and they had transportation ready, but we didnt even get a drop of water. Wannisa, our guest relations manager, made our trip absolutely magical by having savoring idly eat chocolate moose cake for my wifes birthday. The pool here is fantastic, so we were having such opulence that the employees kept everything on until well after the normal closing time. In my five years of living here, we have traveled all over thailand. Ive visited movenpick and every other 5star resort in khao yai. This experience has not only limited, yet many others have done so. Cleanliness and cleanliness are provided throughout the rooms. Jupiter cares about us, which was incredibly nice, unlike my experience at some other resorts here. If ive could, ill give 10 stars.

I am thrilled to be back at this wonderful resort with my entire family! Our visit was filled with endless fun thanks to the resorts elegant and exciting water park. This resort has it all, whether you want to take amazing pictures or create a romantic atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like vips, providing caring and personalized service that made us truly special. And let me talk about the food - it was simply amazing! We were delighted to find that all of the snacks and drinks in our room were included at no additional cost. Weve stayed at many resort throughout thailand, but this one stands out as the best value for your money i have ever had. I must give dhitsaya kudos, who went out of her way to ensure that our experience was truly unforgettable. She made my wife and motherinlaw feel royalty, and we couldnt have asked for utmost hospitality. Its our second visit to this resort, so we cant wait to return.

The resort is quite new, but there is still room to grow. Wonderful decor that resembles a stay in it. Highquality materials, aesthetically pleasing design, and plenty of space for walking. Extremely quiet. Here, you can completely unwind and unplug. Romantic setting for sunset food is adequate, wish to see more variety menus in the near future. While the gym is open, the spa is under development.

I will undoubtedly need to use the service again. Both the rooms and the activities were quite remarkable, resulting in an extremely memorable experience. The hotel has a variety of amenities. From the time we arrived at the parking lot until we went to check in inside, the staff was excellent. It wasnt merely wasting time because we came in the evening and had the employees come up to meet us at our restaurant where we had dinner. Because the doors are locked, there is always no way for outside visitors to enter. Our child stepped on shards of glass this time, which was caused by id never before. Although the hotel expressed regret and regret, we believed it was omission. Accidents dont need be serious. We were allowed to leave the outlet until 1.00 p. M. With ten afternoons and were informed that there would be if we returned to receive the services the following time. I was very pleased, and another aspect ive liked was the hotels atmosphere. There are four pools that make you feel comfortable and open. Breakfast is also stocked.

Saya dan keluarga saya berkesempatan untuk menginap di Jupiter Khao Yai Hotel Februari lalu. Pintu masuk hotel cukup dalam, hotelnya kecil, kamarnya sangat indah dan bersih, tempat tidurnya ada 2 tempat tidur berukuran 5 kaki, tempat tidurnya empuk dan nyaman. Mini bar juga memiliki banyak barang gratis, ada 3 kolam renang, termasuk kolam untuk anak-anak, ada juga Kit Club untuk bermain anak-anak. Pengurus rumah tangga sangat penuh perhatian dan menawarkan layanan profesional bintang Saya tidak tahu cara mengubah mode remote TV. Saya kebetulan bertemu dengan pengurus rumah tangga yang datang untuk memberi saya nasihat. Saya sangat terkesan dengan pelayanan staf housekeeping, hotelnya tenang dan ideal untuk bersantai. Jika hotel memiliki pohon besar Lebih dari itu akan membuatnya lebih teduh dan bahkan lebih baik. Jika ada yang mencari tempat bersantai di liburan yang tenang. Suasana nyaman di sini adalah tempat lain yang layak dipertimbangkan. Jika ada kesempatan, saya akan mengajak keluarga saya di sini lagi.
