Location Location Location 7 min walk from train station, 7 min walk to Khon Kaen Wall district, 10 min walk to main night market, 11 min walk to McDonald’s, 22 min walk to Lake and associated attractions, 8 coffee shops 3 min, 7/11 and Tops 4 minutes. Very good price and clean all functional room. Their big sign “no coffee, no elevator, no breakfast “. Says it all on extras. You save enough money to cover coffee etc elsewhere

A very good hotel with good prices and complete facilities. Although it is not very new, the price is good and cheap. The price is already very good in the city center.

This place is very recommended. My family and I stayed here for 7 nights while doing work in Koh Kaen. The location of the hotel is great because it is close to the night market, where it was our daily fix for dinner. The hotel is clean and has big rooms, although the showers are a bit old and the handles might be flimsy. There is a school behind the hotel, so for rooms facing the school, they might be rudely awakened by children's noises and loud music playing at AM.

The room was large despite the rooms shabby exterior. The owner has a positive outlook. He gave me a fan to cover up while i was checking out and waiting for my train.

Kamarnya sangat tua dan tidak terawat. Kebersihannya cukup baik, namun plafonnya kurang bagus dan penuh jamur. Saat saya masuk penginapan, langit-langit kamar mandi ambruk. Jika melihat kamar orang lain dan meminta pindah kamar, semuanya sama saja. Bagi yang memiliki budget lebih, mungkin lebih baik menginap di tempat lain.
