This is my second visit to Thailand, and it is at the Koko Palm Inn. The hotel is in the best location, which is close to many mustsee temples, top affordable restaurants, and massage therapy facilities. The bathrooms are semioutside and the rooms are spacious. very cozy and tidy. If you visit Chiang Mai for free, you might think you are in heaven, but the friendliness of the proprietor, koko, and his husband is best. For one of my friends birthday celebrations, they reserved us a lovely restaurant with cake and candles along the river. They discovered that koko can go to various temples further along the river, and she even drove us for free on her car to an authentic and reasonably priced thai restaurant for lunch when we return home. And you feel at home because of how it makes you feel at home. Later in the afternoon, koko was once more available to accompany us to a market to help us find something we needed to buy. She drove us to the best ha thai restaurants Ive ever had on our journey back home. She is delightful and had to make it to us. I like the location, a cozy, adorable boutique hotel that is largely owned by people with lovely souls. It's really difficult to find, so come over!.

I stayed here with my family, including elderly travelers. The owners, my mars koko, are wonderful hosts who make sure you enjoy your stay. They were very helpful with your travel plans. The room had a cozy semi-outdoor shower. They also have a nice little garden in the centre with cats. The best thing about the Koko Palm Inn is its location, which is a stone's throw from a few well-known local restaurants and the Sunday night market.

We were greeted with a lot of kindness as soon as we arrived. The room was on the far left on the right side and worked well for us. The bed was comfy, the room was large enough, and clean. The bathroom was large, there was even a fridge to store drinks, which included free water each day. The bathroom had a fan and a few hangers, so we could wash and hang clothes, which was required. The shower had hot water and consistent water, I hear some hostels don't. The wifi was free and worked decently. The location was ideal as we could walk to places to eat, temples, and the night market very easily. Also, the inn is hidden away, so it wasn't busy. We enjoyed cats probably as much as the owners did, so it made staying away from ourselves more manageable. They just hang out in the gardens and are very friendly. The owners went above and beyond, which makes everything worthwhile. Chiang Mai was our first stop in Thailand, so the whole experience was very new. We felt more like we were visiting family because they were always happy to chat and find out how our day was. They were available for anything we needed. We could arrange trips the night before and making sure we were having fun, whether it was writing down places in Thai for the tub driver, helping us calculate how much we should pay, or arranging tours

Very satisfied and recommend this place. In the middle of the old town, this place has a quiet location. The room was spacious and clean, and the host is very friendly, they can also book a taxi for us for a reasonable price, they also provided good wifi, and the price was worth it. However, this place doesn't have a picture like the one in the photos. The good part is the friendly host with their cat which makes up for that too.

I loved this hotel, especially for cat lovers. It was cozy and relaxed. The employees were friendly and gave us directions and recommendations for things to see, even booked a taxi for us. We fell in love with the cats. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. It is simple to walk everywhere. A walking market is just down the street. The only drawback was that it was a little noisy outside in the mornings, but we had a great time and would recommend it to everyone.
