The rooms were great for a family of 4 always cleaned when asked the aircon didnt seem to get down to temp but wasnt too bad. Tje breakfast included was great always lovely and fresh. The meals were very nice the kids loved the pizzas. The staff were always kind and thoughtful. I would definetly go and stay again if i were to visit Pattaya again.

It was a good stay here, for 3 nights. Even though I do appreciate the main idea of saving water, it would be nice if my shower was a little hotter and had a little more pressure. The sink also had very little pressure and no hot water, to properly shave. Other than that, I enjoyed staying here. Room was spacious and staff was very accommodating.

The hotel is quite new, has a Japanese vibe to it, offers tasty Japanese dishes for breakfast, the rooms are large and modern, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, Gave (in the picture) is a specially very caring, helpful and speaks great English. Kokotel is situated 10 minutes walk from Terminal 21 and around 15 minutes from the beach. If you don't mind a bit of walking, it can be a great place to stay.

Lokasi hotel dekat dengan terminal bus, ada tempat penyewaan motor dan sarapannya enak. Meskipun jauh dari pasar malam, namun relatif tenang dan dekat dengan department store terminal 21.

Hotel yang bagus dengan harga terjangkau di area Pattaya yang sedikit lebih tenang (jauh dari wisata seks). Kamar kami sesuai dengan deskripsi di foto dan bersih. Tempat tidurnya nyaman karena ada matras topper. AC berfungsi dan ada brankas dan kulkas kecil. Hanya pancuran agak menetes dan airnya agak berbau. Resepsionis sangat baik dan membantu! Penting! Tanggapan dari pihak hotel ini tidak berlaku untuk masa inap kami. Kami tidak menginap di sana dua kali, kami juga tidak sarapan di hotel dan kami datang dengan mobil. Itu sangat tidak biasa.

Kamarnya luas, kamar mandinya bagus dan fasilitasnya lengkap, tapi yang paling saya suka adalah air minumnya bisa diisi sendiri. Untuk mengurangi plastik yang mana saya sangat setuju Dan Anda juga bisa minum banyak air putih. Tempat tidurnya empuk dan tinggi, tidurnya nyaman, AC-nya sejuk.

Property manager, Natty was surprisingly nice and generous gifting us a kokotel pillow and gave us a ride to North Pattaya Bus terminal. The housekeepers talk, and the staff is kind and charming. There is little parking and the other rooms are normal. A hair dryer, a fragrant soap, and a warm sheepskin pillow are all included. You can walk in and drink your own drinking water. I took the photo i had because i didnt take a picture of the bedroom.

Hotel ini berada tidak jauh dari Khao Tom Loy Fa. Harga yang mereka tawarkan cukup murah. Staff di resepsionis nya melayani dengan sangat baik hati dan memberikan saran yang baik. Kebersihan kamar nya terjaga dengan baik. Hotel ini terlihat sudah lama dan sudah di perbaiki, namun untuk kualitasnya cukup baik.
