We recently made the jump because the place was quiet and wonderful. We also saw a dorm in this hostel that has a small number of dorms and private rooms. The cleanliness of the bathrooms is wonderful. And then, the food was fantastic. Following that, there are many other activities available, such as boat trips, boat rentals, and rent a motorcycle. Subsequently, the beach is close by, and if you rent a motorbike, you can explore the rest of the quiet islands of Oh Jump.4.8/51 Apr 2023

We were very pleased we reserved this resort, beginning with the moment we were picked up from the pier and the delivery of our baggage to our room. The rooms are comfortable and have lovely balconies overlooking the ocean. The staff went above and beyond to assist me in making my friends feel special during their birthday celebration. Even though it is close to the street, the place is clean and quiet. The cost is 300 euros for one bed since you only get the bed. No water, coffee, tea, or other amenities, like other hostels. The owner appears to be fine, despite the towel's cleanliness getting a little stifled! Without requiring a deposit, you can rent a scooter from them. The cleaning lady has a somewhat unpleasant attitude. Overall, a hassle-free stay but too far from the beach.4.2/527 Des 2022

We would heartily suggest this hotel. A few weeks ago, we made our first stop on Oh Jump Island, and we were pleasantly pleased to discover this uncrowded little gem in Andamman. The Oh Jump Ocean Beach Resort was lovely and isolated, accessible by boat and by vehicle. We stayed at this hotel for 10 days over our two-month vacation, and we thoroughly enjoyed peace, quiet, stunning sunsets, and good food. Excellent restaurants are available at the hotel, and the competent chef cooked us delectable, freshly cooked organic meals. The fact that they even grow their veggies on the hotel farm was an added extra touch for us. Pat, the manager, and his assistant, are very polite and helpful. They were always ready to help us and take care of our needs, allowing us to enjoy the holiday to the fullest. After arriving at the resort from the ponytail boat, you will be greeted by friendly and personable staff. Despite arriving so early, our room was ready for us. The personnel told us a little bit about the resort and the surrounding area before escorting us to our room. The steep climb to our room was well worth it, as we were rewarded with a fantastic, well equipped bungalow with views of the pool and ocean. On arrival, the room was clean, the staff cleaned it every day and replenished bottled water and coffee daily. The pool was a nice size and the poolroom area was very clean and well-kept. We stayed for three nights and practically had the pool to ourselves. Also, the hotel provides free snorkeling and kayaking equipment. Breakfast was excellent, though there were only a few options. Along with coffee, fruit, and yoghurt, there was either an American or Thai breakfast. We had lunch and dinner a few times and, despite the price, the pizza was outstanding. Along the shore, there are a few additional eateries. The restaurant is quite centered on the shore with stunning views of the ocean and the Philippine Islands. Book a stay here if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxed visit with a kind and attentive staff! Although the resort is currently being refined, this didn't interrupt our vacation.4.4/57 Jul 2022

This is a beautiful, fairly undeveloped island, just like Oh Jump was 20 years ago. Jungle Hill Resort is very basic. There is nowhere to put clothes, so leave them in your luggage. The staff was friendly and helpful despite their limited English. The food was tasty. Because it was built on a hill, there were many very uneven and rough stairs. Not for anyone with mobility issues. Be sure to bring enough cash to pay your bill as there is a $5 surcharge for paying with a credit card.4.2/524 Jun 2022

The atmosphere on the island is calm and people are friendly. And then, the employees here were very kind, courteous, and energetic. After that, they have a nice shower on the beach. If you can't stand the heat, don't pick this resort. The restaurant was meant for those looking for western thai cuisine. Our favorite restaurant was Ban Ban Restaurant in the nearby ting rai village, 600 meters from the resort. This low-cost lodging offers the finest sunsets I've ever seen. Many of the cottages face the sea, and the view is stunning. Despite the low cost of the bungalows, expect genuine and welcoming behavior from the employees. You will be climbing numerous stairs no matter what you do because the site is on a hill. If you cannot climb three stories of stairs when necessary, this is not for you. I really liked this hostel. It is located at 300 meters from the beach, but nothing is far from the beach. Get a motorcycle first thing and everything is fine. I would definitely stay here again, on a future visit to the island. On our first visit, we went to Oh Jump and stayed here for 4 nights. It has a few close-by dining options, so dining at other restaurants is a bit limited unless you drive. For example, because the first section of the road is quite tricky for scooters, a walk or taxi would be the ideal method to go to the neighborhood neighborhood or to get to further south locations on the shore, where you can find additional bars and restaurants. Otherwise, the shoreline is lovely, with spectacular sunsets and good swimming. The staff is truly outstanding, extremely friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the restaurant and the breakfast buffet. Even in their own garden, they grow some of their fresh organic vegetables! Our friends stayed in their boat room, which appears to be a boat from the outside and is just a fun luxury room option, though not cheap! Also, if others are not afraid to climb some serious steps to get to their room for the night, we suggest this hotel to others who are not opposed to climbing a steep climb to get to their room for the night because the hotel is built into the hillside!.4.4/521 Jan 2022

Definitely one of the best places to relax at the ocean beach resort. The kind staff, delicious food, and excellent location make for a lovely stay. When the tide comes in, swimming is excellent, and there are plenty of trips with canoes available for rent or borrowing. Our family of four preferred the family villa. There are many stairs, but no issues for us. During our three-night stay, everyone on the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at ease.
