This appeared to be one of the better options for an overnight stay. The receptionist was nice, the grounds are beautiful, and the pool was welcoming. The room was clean and a little basic, but our wood cabin had a charm to it and was certainly cozy, but the bed was too firm. The dinner menu was ok at their restaurant and the price was very reasonable. Breakfast was adequate for the price we paid, not much choice, and everything seemed to have been prepared in advance. The only downside part was the basic. The only downside was the breakfast that was good for one night.

It was OK for a one-night stay. This appeared to be one of the best options for an overnight stay. The receptionist was welcoming, the gardens are gorgeous, and the pool was welcoming. The room was clean and a bit basic, but our wooden cabin had a charm to it and was certainly comfortable, but the bed was overly firm. Dinner menu in their restaurant was ok and the price was very reasonable. Breakfast was adequate for the price we paid, not much choice and everything appeared to have been planned in advance.

We stayed here to access Camping City. There is a hidden place with many advantages. Positives include beautiful gardens and historic lodging. The personnel are mostly welcoming and helpful. The negative services are limited and not in line with the website. When asked for the menu for the drink, the employee simply recited the three beers they had on hand. Another visitor asked for a cocktail list and then a basic spirit drink without success. They didn't even have lemonade for a teenage girl who ended up having to be satisfied with water. The biggest annoyance is if you don't have transportation, they will arrange transportation, but four times the cost. Luckily we were able to get free most of the time, but on one occasion, we could not and had to pay an exorbitant cost. Because it is a jungle-like environment, be prepared for lizards in the toilet and frogs on doors, as my wife had to use the pool toilet when she came to use the pool toilet. I also appreciate the need to keep the garden, but the first morning we returned from the city, and they were encircling trees and banging them down. This continued for the entire afternoon with loud crashing sounds as large branches hit the ground. We thought they might offer a few drinks to assist us when we couldn't relax.
