The owner was really nice and good, the room was nice for the price and the beach was good, but I didn't try the food there because I was on a fasting trip. It's not too bad either.

This may well be a long story, but to keep things brief, I made a mistake with my ferry reservation in terms of where the hotel was. From initial contact, keen was informative, helpful, and extremely honest with everything. We were picked up from Suraj Thani Airport in a large car with lots of room for all our luggage. The car was new, clean and came with complimentary water and a bag of crisps, a nice small touch. All the way to the resort, keen was supportive with all of our questions and arranging a vegetarian meal when we came. The resort is nice with very friendly staff that go out of their way to help you feel at home. The bed was clean and firm, as are most beds in Thailand, the shower worked for hot water, and the air conditioning had working controls, which are the main things you need to work. Small to is available, but we didn't use it. A fridge is available for perishable items or those who stay for longer than a short layover while waiting for the ferry. The food was excellent and large in portion size. We ordered a breakfast because we were checking out early, but after ordering we didn't get what we wanted, which was a little disappointing, but this little thing was no problem after all the help we were given. The best part of our trip was that we have a good experience during our stay at this resort. The resort is clean and comfortable. We were picked up at Suraj Thani Airport. We had a lovely meal at the resort. The most wonderful morning was when we were transferred to the pier. The staff made our stay here enjoyable. The hotel is also nice.

The service was amazing! The staff was really helpful and friendly. Even I had my travelweary shorts stitched and darned for free. We were picked up from the bus station and taken the next morning to the ferry terminal as a part of the package. The majority of guests staying in this city probably only stay here for the next day's ferry, but if you take the ferry from Danak, stay here.

The hotel has nice amenities. It's clear that the room's cleanliness is very good and clean, and it's delicious. But the best part is that they also help us with their luggage planning.
