we arrived at the guesthouse and were so warmly welcome Since it was early we waited and got the room much earlier than 2 o'clock Sean is very knowledgeable and explained everything so clearly and also shown us on the google Clean and bright and next to Night Market which is famous for Loved the area thanks Sean for all your help

Great hotel in a convenient location. Big clean room, plenty of hot water, solid Wi-Fi, and the kindest most helpful staff. Night market noise is really not bad at all, will stay here again when back in Chiang Mai!

Great place to stay in Chiang Mai. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff that can’t do enough for you. Great fried rice for lunch. Rooms are fairly large, good AC, and plenty of water pressure on the hot shower.

I Got real good value for the price i paid.Good location near the night bazar, Anussan Market and Changklan. Also a lots of resturants nearby. Room had everything i needed like fridge, AC (had a fan too), warm shower and Internet. Internet mostly worked but could go down sometimes. Room was also rather big compared to what you usually get for the price. Staff is really nice people! I never tryed the breakfast, so i dont have an opinion on that. Overall a good place to be when you look at the price you pay! I extended my stay and will also come back.

Stayed here one night recently. The hotel is located virtually in the Night Bazaar so has many restaurants / bars close by. Despite the location, there was no noise interference in our rooms. Rooms were comfortable and good value. Adequate American breakfast served in the reception area. Will definitely return here when visiting Chiang Mai.

Although it may not be glamorous, it is incredibly cozy and effective for a short stay of three or four nights. Its conveniently located near the action. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the pricing is reasonable. Additionally, its proximity to night markets is convenient, making it convenient for access. Additionally, there are numerous restaurants within walking distance, many of which offer live entertainment throughout the evenings and late at night.
