The location is quite good, steps away from Long Nin Beach, albeit on a busy street. We had mosquitoes in our room, and the door didn't lock, so we had to switch rooms. The place gets very hot during the day, and the fan is weak, so you have to have ac and no window to open. The internet was good. The shower was great although the toilet didn't smell good. The construction next door was loud. The receptionist was nice, but very strange. I mistakenly left my charger there and returned a few hours after checking out. The guy told me the maid had taken it and would come back in the morning. When I arrived the following morning, he told me if she had thrown it away? And that I could find a new one for a maximum of 20 baht, which was not true. Seems untrue. My girlfriend and I didn't believe him as who throws out a charger doesn't have a lost and found?.

We made our reservation here based on friend's advice. We had a spacious room at the end. It was quite large. There were two windows and patio doors. The restroom and the bed were both spacious. A kettle and a fridge were available, which are invaluable. The staff is incredibly welcoming and offers tour and transportation bookings. The beach is accessible by foot from the hotel in two minutes. It's not the island's main beach, but it is large, quiet, and spotless. There are numerous inexpensive eateries, atms, Thai massage shops, and a seven-Eleven nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

The price is worth it with the simplicity. We stayed in a straw hut at relaxing beach. No bar, restaurant, or pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach one way or the shops and restaurants the other were both close by.

We assumed we were getting Santa's place. We checked the ratings online through application, and the pictures appeared fantastic for the price. We were staying in a different hotel nearby and enquired about staying for a few nights. Given that it was the same price as online, I thought I would better book directly and paid my first night and received a Santa Place receipt. We arrived the following day and were shown to our room, not in Santa's, but in the hotel next door, which was outdated and not exactly the same as what we had seen online. We requested to be relocated, but were informed that there were only 8 rooms available at the new hotel, all of which were filled. We stayed the night and moved elsewhere. The room we received was certainly not worth the money due to its cold shower and a pretty dingy setting. The bed only contained a blanket. There was a kettle but no mug, just a filthy glass in the bathroom.
