We had such a great time staying at this hotel of bungalows. It is right on the beach with a restaurant that overlooks the ocean. They also have an amazing team of massage therapists on site. You can lay down & get a massage right on the beach. I also must say that Than & Thun were great to work with at the resort!! Their positive attitude & helpfulness made our stay so much better. Food is good at the restaurant with a good menu of options for breakfast etc. Definitely take a walk on the beach to experience the night life & music. Thank you, my friends & I enjoyed our stay.

After a long journey from the beach, I landed at the resort. The resort has deluxe rooms with air conditioning. The room was spotless and had recently undergone renovations. The cuisine was quite good. The day beds right on the beach were fantastic and our favorite place to sleep. The majority of the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the manager was similar to Basil Fawlty. very rude and abrupt. We asked to remain one more night for the same price but were told not. His general demeanor and attitude did a disservice to the experience.

Overall, if I ever visit oh santa again, I will definitely make a reservation here once more. And can recommend. Don't anticipate high-end lodging because this is on the low side of Oh Santa, but the aircorn cabins I stayed in were spotless, well-kept, and in good shape. There are rocks on the beach, but you can swim in high tide only with a pair of goggles to steer around them. Although the restaurants and bars are somewhat worn out, I believe that is part of the location's charm. The owner's service, restaurant, bar, and massage personnel provided excellent service, and it was the main reason I gave five stars, despite working busy hours. They were always friendly and entertaining, and they were always helpful and welcoming. I'm always available, and it's all about getting to your place. There were couples and families, though, and my friend and I remained in separate bungalows together. There are several excellent bars and restaurants north of the beach. And a few clubs on Long Beach that are about 15 minutes by bike or cactus tub. On the main road, there are several excellent restaurants, including the 711.

We booked by ferry from Phuong and booked one night 3 nights later and still here. There are cheaper bungalows that are bright coloured clean and we chose the built ones. They are beautiful, quite new and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful and you are so close to restraint with delicious food and you are also so close to the beach which is clean and safe.

We stayed next door and moved to Santa Family after realizing how roomy the grounds were and what a good value it was. We had an air conditioning room with a double bed for us and a bunk bed for the kids, and the price was less than half that for the same room in the hotel next door. The location is on the beach, and there are beautiful gazebos to sit in and see the incredible sunsets. Good restaurant as well. My 4 year old son had an accident while on Ko Santo, and the lady from Santa Family was so helpful, she responded quickly and drove us back and forth to the clinic when it was an emergency. All in all, I would highly suggest this place!.

The beach bungalows are nice and clean and the place is cleaned every day. It has a restaurant that serves Thai and Western cuisine. Nice bar with sea views and sunsets. The employees here are very friendly.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen Anlage. Ein bisschen Renovierungsbedürftig. Sehr schön gelegen , direkt am Strand. Konnte von meinem Häuschen direkt aufs Meer schauen.

Great place on the beach. Staff is friendly and the yard is well kept. Bungalow was older but cozy. There is a restaurant right on the ocean with good food.

Good stay. Lots of families so put up with some morning crying. Haha. Had fan bunglow was fine. It would have been perfect with a fridge. Beach is rocky but with rented motorbike the island is explorable. Nice and quite. I will return.

Location is unmatched for the price. Our bungalow was an older one but everything worked as advertised. Staff is really laid back so don't expect 5 star type service. All in all a good value, if you plan on spending more time on the beach and visiting the island, than in the room.

Vores værelse var varmere end udenfor og vi havde karkelakker. Vi fik derudover også begge dårlig mave af at spise i restauranten som var tilknyttet til hotellet. Vi rejste derfor før tid og gik glip af ferien med vores venner.
