Our room is very spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is off the main streets so it is very quiet. It’s also within walking distance to Gourmet Market, restaurants and the subway station as well as other public transportation. We didn’t use the outdoor pool, but it looks nice. We used the hotel’s laundry service which is very affordable.

Excellent stay for families, the room with the bunks and a king bed was perfect for our family of 4, allowing some separation and everyone was comfortable. We booked this hotel partly due to the advertising that there is an airport shuttle included. This is false advertising - it is not included, but costs more than a taxi. It also requires more than 3 days notice to book. We were frustrated by this. Otherwise the stay was great. Highly recommend, just don't count on a shuttle...take a grab instead.

Fint hotell som ligger bra, relativt nära Terminal 21 mer både skytrain och metro. Rummet var stort med ett litet pentry, fräscht och gott om möjligheter att lägga av sig väskor. Frukosten var toppen! Maten vid poolen var inte jättebra men drinkarna var goda och det fanns bra val för barn med både popcorn och glass. Barnavdelningen var uppskattad och bra med sittplatser utanför så vuxna kan vara i närheten. Poolen var väldigt kall men trevlig med olika avdelningar, nivåer och rutschkana. Fint område runt polen!
