8. RESPECT CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT time. Staying before and after these hours without given permission is considered trespassing. We can consider super early check-ins with fee ~50% or freely leave luggage. Late checkouts are eligable to by Airbnb's policy cover the full amount for upcoming day.

Upon your departure Please remember to TURN OFF lights, any personal electronics and Air Conditioner; close and LOCK all windows/DOORS; and RETURN the KEYS and access CARD back to its place. This ensures the safety of your belongings (property also has safety camera).
4. Please EAT/drink outside in DEDICATED area. If decide eating in-room, then NEVER in bed! MUST CLEAN thoroughly AFTER as it might be unpleasant to naturally attract ants. Garbage disposal and recycling bins are found next to main entrance.
