If you ever visit Paddy, I highly recommend this hotel. Very tidy. Excellent location. Friendly proprietors. We reserved two rooms on the first floor, one with a bathtub, and one without, to ensure we didn't stay in Patty. The room was quite spacious, with a good bed, but could be more. The ac was cold enough to work as a flyscreen to clean utensils, a working fridge, free instant coffee, a working microwave, and free bottled water each day. The bathtub, shower, and jacuzzi were both good, and we didn't mind having little hot water because it's extremely hot out anyway. The room also has vaults, which is a plus. Youll be surprised by the extras you pay for it because youll receive more than you paid for. Youll undoubtedly adore every minute of your stay here after returning from a long journey around patty or simply staying in after returning from a challenging visit.

This place is recommended all day long if you don't like this location. This hotel has good service. I checked out and traveled a bit before coming back to Pat to get a bus ticket to Bangkok for my flight. It was a Sunday, so I said I would try to help Andy and his very friendly wife, who helped me woke them up in the morning. They not only helped me but they also drove me all the way to Bangkok for my flight for a small fee, which was of course less expensive than any other taxi by far. The room is clean, there is a jacuzzi and a lovely little bar down the stairs, and a 15 minute walk from Beach Street.

Definitely recommended! A very nice house with a hot tub on top with a view of the neighborhood and a large room with a refrigerator. I had a great conversation with the berlingerman and felt he was very friendly. Not at the beach but not bad for a start to downtown. A big I supermarket is within walking distance, restaurants are nearby, and 711.

What can I say? As I type this, we are here and all I can say is that Andy and his wife are really friendly people who look after their customers. It's in a great location. Away from traffic and the road but close enough to restaurants, massage parlors, bars, shopping centers, bus services. Rooms offer everything you need. AC, fans, comfy beds, hot showers, and channels in English. Towels, motorcycle rentals, taxi service, jacuzzi, rooftop terraces with comfortable seating. And so on. Nice bar filled with reasonably priced drinks as well. I like andy and I villa. If you're in Pataca, try it out because the price is reasonable.
