The most recent hotel with very nice rooms at a reasonably priced just next to Hat Yai University. We chose this location for it's location and it's pool, both were perfect, but there's only one towel per person in the room. So when you go to the pool, you have no other choice than to use your shower towel. no bathrobe provided. There is no place in the room to hang wet towels and wet swimming suits to dry, the blind curtains do not close well, the light from the billboards in the street was very annoying all night long. The restroom was very superficially cleaned, you could see stains on the glass wall and on the cabinets 2 cups are provided in the room for tea coffee, but both were dirty, there was nothing available to clean them and no refill of teacoffee on the second day. You can use the elevator only with a room keycard. But you get just 1 keycard at checkin. One cannot go to the pool while the other relaxes in the room. $100 cash is required at check in, credit cards are not accepted! It would be a great idea to let guests know before they arrived. The safe in the room is too small to hold a small laptop. This may be true during the day, but in the evening, no tub is visible. We ended up walking for 20 minutes before finally catching one. The staff were very friendly even if I can't speak English very well. The location is close to the university and there are many street food and restaurants. The hotel is new and has nice rooms. I stayed on the upper floor in a room with modern technology used in the bathroom.

I wasn't sure what to choose with the space, cleanliness, or utilities given at this hotel. The staff may not be very trained in the art of courtesy, but they were helpful in the instance they lent us an international adaptor as we left ours back home. It's within a reasonable distance to the main festival mall. If you are driving down, parking is available. Otherwise, use grabs that are readily available. 7-11 is also close by. The hotel faces the main road, but the sound insulation is good. And blackout curtains were very appreciated and appreciated.

The place is very good, located directly across from the Su Exhibition hall, adjacent to street food market and 11 place, with a large room, a toilet, a huge box, a hairdryer, a big flat screen and a comfortable pillow. Breakfast is provided daily and the welcome of fresh coffee.

Everything was ok. Staffs were quite helpful but breakfast was not as good, waited forever for the eggs and food to come out each round and all gone in seconds. Could've been better if they're more prepared with number of guests.
