A lovely hotel conveniently located near the walking streets in the heart of the old city. The rooms are spacious and cozy, and it is immaculately clean. All of them are helpful and kind. A delicious breakfast is served at the nearby hana cafe.

I wish i could recommend this hotel, and if you dont need wifi, its a good location and has nice rooms. However, unless you need internet for any reason, look elsewhere, the connection is slow or nonexistent, no matter what the staff says. One staff member suggested that ive try accessing wifi in the lobby!.

This was our third lodging during our six weeks in chiang mai, and we (a couple from germany) couldnt have been happier with it. We extended our stay four times because we felt so at ease here. The entire hotel is immaculately clean. Its in an ideal location. Everything you could possibly need is in the rooms. A large, comfortable bed, a goodworking air conditioner, big desk, cupboard, hot shower with good water pressure, etc. Really everything is clean and appears to be fairly new. Also, it is really quiet, which means we never had trouble sleeping at night. And i want to express my gratitude to the staff who worked there. Everyone we encountered there was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though it was the holiday season during the christmas and new year, they went above and beyond when we requested an extension of our visit. Both of us will miss them and the hotel. This turned out to have just been merely haphazard strike for us, but if we were to visit chin mai again, we would love to stay there again.

This was by far our favorite place to stay during our twomonth trip through the northern part of Thailand. The hotel is conveniently located in the historic center of chiang mai. On sundays, you walk straight into the walking street as soon as you leave the hotel. Although the location is very quiet, it is still close to all the attractions. There are numerous cafes and restaurants around, and 7/11 stores are just a stones throw away. What matters most to us is that the rooms themselves are tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. Everything you need is provided in each room. In the morning, we also enjoyed the breakfast. Eggs with fresh fruit and fresh fruits are delicious. Very helpful and friendly staff. Even during peak season, they went above and beyond to accommodate us longer than anticipated. Once again, thank you for hosting us, when we return to chirin mai, well be happy to remain there again.

This hotel is truly stunning! Located in a peaceful alleyway away from the main road in the historic town. There are many excellent restaurants nearby, as well as numerous temples. The cleanliness is consistently maintained to the point of being immaculate. It was incredibly pleasant to stay here.

We stayed at the ninesmiths hotel in chiangmai from 03 to 07 of october 2023. The staff is very friendly, very responsive, and very professional! The room was spacious and equipped with everything needed (shower/toilet, tv, minibar, air conditioning). The air conditioner worked well. Wifi signal is stable and strong. Great comfortable beds. Bright, cozy, comfortable. Private bathroom with shower and toilet (shampoo, shower gel, towels). Breakfast is good continental breakfast a la carte.

My girlfriend and i arrived in Chiang mai late, and we were unable to sleep. Ninesmith had one room left, but we werent disappointed with our stay. The staff made sure our visit was enjoyable, we had a lot of luggage that they could store during the day while we went away even though we checked out earlier.

The hotel is conveniently situated near many temples and a block away from the bustling Sunday night market. Our room was adequate, however, the mattress was quite firm. It initially worried us, but we eventually got used to it. The smart tv had potential, yet unfortunately, it wasnt connected to the internet. Thai television channels are mostly available, with some international channels as well. Excellent inverter air conditioning unit that produces plenty of cold air. Each day, two bottles of water are provided by the hotel. Although the wifi was hesitant, there were excellent housekeeping staff. I also wanted to express my gratitude to manager eed and staff members noi and pinky for their outstanding service. Extremely kind people!.

The most important thing is that the staff is very nice, smiling and helpful. Rooms are simple, clean and cheap, and beds are comfortable. There is a tv, clim, hot water. This new hotel is in the center, right next to the main temple of the city ( Wat Phra Singh). It is well located, next walking street. A nice cafe nearby (Hanna cafe) and some cantines and shops nearby. Dont hesitate to go there! Yasmina and Francois.

Before heading to mae rim, i made a onenight stay here. Ive heard that he runs this hotel with sanitizing staff. The hotels standards are far better than ive anticipated. Large and pleasant rooms are located upstairs and just on one floor. Beautiful tiles decorate the bathroom, which is also immaculate. Sink and toilet with american standard. Since parking is convenient and only 100 meters from the night market, the comfort level is excellent, and if ill stay for ten or twenty days, im okay with staying here!.
