The hotel is in a great location, very close to the main street of attractions, restaurants, and markets, and also close to the beach line. The rooms were spacious and clean. The view from my balcony and the breakfast options are not all of them. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is very well maintained. Will definitely come back.

This property in karon beach, thailand is fantastic. The checkin process went smoothly, and the staff made sure we had a comfortable stay. The rooms are wellmaintained, and the breakfast spread was reasonably wellprepared. The location of this property is the reason why most people prefer to book a stay here. What makes this property great? The cottages are wellmaintained and meet hygiene standards. What could be better? The dining options are very limited and it would be very different if the cuisine variety was improved.

The accommodation is a selfcontained cabin. The hotels surroundings are excellent. Every day, there are a variety of delicious breakfast options, and the selection is substantial. Karon beach is conveniently located right across the street from the back door.

Selamat malam, kami telah tinggal di hotel ini selama lebih dari seminggu. Mari kita mulai dengan mengatakan bahwa ini bukan hotel bintang 5, kamarnya baru tetapi yang lain tidak. Kamar tidak dibersihkan selama lebih dari satu hari dan seprai tidak bersih saat kami tiba. Layanan bar di tepi kolam juga tidak bagus, tidak mungkin memesan dan menunggu hampir satu jam untuk pizza (dan ini selalu terjadi pada pizza mana pun). Piring kotor bisa tetap di sana selama tiga jam dengan semut dan serangga. Namun, layanan bintang 5 adalah sesuatu yang lain. Satu-satunya catatan positif adalah spa, gadis-gadis sangat baik. Saya ingin kritik saya menjadi kritik yang membangun tentang layanan ini.

The resort is quite large and situated across the street from karon beach. Close to many shops and restaurants. Stayed in the main hotel and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The service staff are all very friendly. The only thing that could be improved for a 5 star resort is the speed of service as they are a bit slow, but thats just their way.

Hotel yang bagus, lima besar untuk Thailand. Kamarnya sangat bersih, kolamnya sangat bersih, stafnya sangat ramah dan membantu, semuanya dilakukan dengan bahasa isyarat. Hotel ini sangat bagus dengan kompleks yang sangat besar yang tersebar luas. Ada banyak villa dan vila ini bahkan memiliki kolam kelapa terpisah dengan kedalaman 3 m dan pengawasan konstan. Kolam utamanya tidak terlalu dalam, tapi ada bar di dalam air. Ini terlihat sangat indah. Ada gym yang bagus, kamar anak-anak, dan banyak kegiatan seperti tenis meja dan catur. Pantainya juga tidak jauh.

I stayed here for four days this time and had a good feeling all around. The front door is very close to the street. The back door provides direct access to the beach. Overall very good. You can play in a room with a swimming pool by yourself.

Saya sangat menikmati saya menginap di hotel ini. Kawasannya mewah dengan banyak tanaman hijau, pohon palem, tanaman, kolam, dan beberapa kolam. Kami tinggal di pondok. Nyaman dan tenang, selain kamar mandi dengan shower, ada juga shower tropis. Kamarnya bersih, nyaman, dibersihkan setiap hari. Berjarak 3 menit berjalan kaki ke pantai, semua yang Anda butuhkan ada di dekatnya: toko, apotek, restoran. Ada banyak lapangan voli di tepi pantai, dimainkan setiap pagi dan sore hari. Lautnya bersih, pantainya luas, praktis tidak ada perahu terapung. Stafnya ramah, selalu tersenyum. Wilayah ini juga memiliki spa, gym kecil, ruang bermain anak-anak, dan biliar. Saya suka karena selain kolam utama (tidak terlalu dalam), ada juga kolam sedalam 3 meter. Kursi berjemur selalu tersedia, tidak ramai. Selain semua kelebihannya, saya ingin mencatat beberapa poin yang tidak terlalu penting: untuk sampai ke pantai, Anda harus menyeberang jalan. Jalanan ramai, pengemudi mobil dan moped tidak terburu-buru berhenti di depan zebra. Terkadang Anda harus meluangkan beberapa menit untuk menyeberang jalan, hati-hati, pilihan makanan saat sarapan tidak terlalu banyak. Setiap hari kami makan hal yang sama, bagian manis semuanya berukuran mikroskopis (wafel, pancake, makanan penutup). Kami sangat menikmati liburan keluarga kami selama seminggu di vila dua kamar tidur yang tepat di sebelah kolam renang utama. Area hijau yang terawat dengan baik yang menakjubkan, kolam renang bersih, staf yang sangat ramah dan membantu, restoran yang luar biasa, semuanya meninggalkan kesan abadi. Kami sangat senang karena kami mengambil setengah papan karena masakan di restoran Pacifica unggul di atas restoran jalanan, kelas atas. Akses ke pantai melalui wilayah resor. Hotel yang bagus untuk liburan santai, di luar ada banyak hiburan yang berbeda. Kamar-kamar di bangunan utama nyaman dengan furnitur baru dan TV layar lebar. Staf ramah dan siap membantu dengan pertanyaan apa pun. Satu-satunya negatif adalah lokasinya yang agak jauh dari bangunan utama ke pantai.

Resor ini cukup besar dan terletak di seberang Pantai Karon. Dekat dengan banyak toko dan restoran. Saya menginap di hotel utama dan kamarnya bersih dan nyaman. Semua staf sangat ramah. Satu-satunya hal yang dapat ditingkatkan oleh resor bintang 5 adalah layanan yang sedikit lebih lambat, itulah cara mereka.

The hotel does not have its own beach, but it is across the road, 2 minutes walking distance, so convenient and easy to access. We had a great time in paradox and would love to come back! Great location, very caring staff and beautiful scenery.

This place is amazing! We felt so taken care of right away, the welcome cold tea and face cloth were such a relief coming in from the hot streets of thailand. After a lovely golf cart ride to our villa, we instantly fell in love with our temporary home. We had a great and peaceful yoga class with key and enjoyed relaxing by the main pool. While sitting by the pool, we received amazing service from king, who was very friendly and helpful. We havent left yet, but it will be so sad to leave. I cant think of a better way to spend our honeymoon.

The setting is stunning. Excellent staff who will go above and beyond to assist guests, a fantastic location, delicious meals, and an onsite spa. We are staying in a charming little house at the far end of the complex, close to the beach. The air conditioning works and all the little extras are excellent, but there are a few items that require mending and repair. There are no significant issues at all, but they might need to be addressed soon. Apart from that, it is truly amazing.

We stayed at paradox resort Phuket from 29 th to 5 th january 5, 2024. Beautiful resort with very nice and large internal garden, great location next to karon beach and restaurants, very good service and breakfast. This is definitely a place i would consider returning with my family.

Secara keseluruhan hotel ini tidak buruk, namun ada beberapa kekurangan kecil yang tidak terlalu penting bagi kami. Air di kamar mandi gelap selama beberapa hari, kata resepsionis setelah tiga hari berlalu. Kecoa masuk ke dalam ruangan, tapi itu merugikan fauna setempat. Mereka lupa menyediakan air minum di kamar saat kedatangan. Kalau tidak, semuanya baik-baik saja, sarapannya enak.
