Saya telah tinggal di sini sebelumnya dan tinggal dengan 3 orang. Saya akan memberi tahu Anda jumlah orangnya. Dengan extra bed sepanjang waktu. Kamar bagus, pelayanan bagus. Ada extra bed dengan sprei dan barang-barang. Terakhir saya booking tanggal 27- 29 Januari Check-in. Masuk ke hotel bersama 3 orang, berangkat ke kamar 501, ketemu tempat tidur, 1 tempat tidur besar dengan sofa lipat. Hanya ada 2 set peralatan di setiap kamar. Ditelepon tanya ke staf. Staf menjawab ambil reservasi hanya 2 jadi saya minta tambahan bantal, selimut dan handuk. Dia setuju untuk tidur di sofa. Tapi staf tidak ada selimut. Karena pengurus rumah tangga mengaturnya seperti ini. Hanya membawa bantal dan handuk. Jadi kami turun untuk berbicara di konter. Saya mengatakan kepada karyawan tersebut bahwa saya tidak ingin menyalahkan orang yang menelepon untuk memesan. Atau staf reservasi mengatakan itu salah. Karena tidak ada bukti. Tapi bolehkah saya meminta selimut? Kalau tidak, bagaimana saya bisa tidur? Membicarakan itu bodoh. Karena mereka tidak melihat upaya untuk membantu pelanggan. Seluruh sekolah masih tidak memiliki selimut lagi. Dan berkata kepada kami "Ka jika Anda tidak puas, Anda harus menemukan sesuatu yang lebih baik. Termasuk pihak sekolah, sebaiknya menyiapkan beberapa barang cadangan. Jika terjadi kecelakaan, berbagai insiden diperlukan untuk pelanggan. Saya berharap karyawan ini tidak melakukan ini lagi kepada pelanggan lain.

Kamarnya cukup bersih dan bagus, tetapi ada banyak sambungan retak di mana-mana. Kami sangat kecewa ketika menyadari bahwa kolam renang sangat kotor, penuh serangga dan sehingga tidak terlalu mudah untuk diakses. Sangat mengecewakan jika menyangkut kriteria keputusan. Jika tidak, semuanya baik-baik saja.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Peppery Hills. They are fairly new, so don't let the lack of reviews stop you from checking out this amazing place! The facility is beautiful, rooms are clean and staff is so attentive and kind. Breakfast every morning, and Cafe for drinks and food to order. Beautiful pool and outdoor dining. Wow, so happy I found this place!!

Its a decent average hotel, in my opinion. The bed is not as firm as i had anticipated, it is 7 feet. The staff is very helpful, they recommended nearby attractions that need to be visited, and they also offer affordable bike rentals.

The hotel is situated in a somewhat isolated area, and the rooms are average, quite modest, clean and tidy, and conveniently located near the airport. The lobby staff were extremely helpful in arranging a ride to the airport at three in the morning. I am grateful for their assistance!.
