Phraya Hostel

1. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM onwards. Check-out is before 12:00 PM (Noon). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Payment may be made by cash, credit card, or PromptPay. Full payment is required upon check-in unless otherwise agreed.
3. All reservations are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for cancellations, shortened stays, or early departures. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full reservation amount will be charged and the reservation will be cancelled.
4. Reservations are non-transferable. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Visitors and unregistered persons are not permitted in guest rooms.
5. All guests must present a valid original government-issued photo ID or passport upon check-in.
- Family Rooms: Children aged 7 years and above are welcome only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Dormitory Rooms: Only guests aged 18 years or above are permitted.
- Students under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay in the hostel, even if accompanied by teachers, school staff, or tour leaders.
6. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum.
7. Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests and staff. Parties, gatherings, excessive noise, harassment, discrimination, violence, threatening behaviour, or any conduct that disturbs other guests are strictly prohibited.
8. Any indecent, obscene, or sexual activity in any public or shared area of the hostel, including dormitories, bathrooms, corridors, reception, and all common areas, is strictly prohibited. Guests who violate this policy will be required to leave the hostel immediately without refund. The hostel also reserves the right to report such conduct to the police or other relevant authorities for legal action.
9. Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the building and is permitted only in designated smoking areas. Durian is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Eating or storing food inside dormitory rooms is also prohibited. A THB 2,000 cleaning and penalty fee will be charged for each violation.
10. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Guests who are intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs and cause disturbance or threaten the safety of others may be refused accommodation or removed from the hostel without refund.
11. CCTV is in operation throughout the property. Each guest will receive a key card and access to personal lockers located beneath the bed and in the locker area. Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings.
12. The hostel accepts no responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
13. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hostel property and facilities. Charges will apply for damaged or missing items, including lost keys or key cards.
14. Guests are expected to keep guest rooms, bathrooms, reception, and all common areas clean and tidy. Shared facilities must be used respectfully.
15. Shoes must be removed before entering the guest accommodation area on the second floor.
16. Guests must use the bed assigned by the hostel. Changing or exchanging beds without permission is not allowed.
17. Pets are not permitted.
18. Lost property will be kept for 30 days after departure. Guests may contact the hostel to arrange collection or shipping at their own expense.
19. Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or remove any guest without refund if the guest violates these Terms & Conditions or behaves in a manner that threatens the safety, comfort, or well-being of other guests or staff.
20. The hostel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Management reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
