I have visited this place twice and am sure ill return. Tuna is an amazing guy with a laidback vibe. My wife and i also enjoyed the place. The restaurants food is also excellent. The small town is pleasant to stroll around and engage in friendly local conversations. I wouldnt want to visit the phi islands in any other way.

The price is definitely a bit high for what it is. The rooms are very simple and very badly decorated. But we loved the staff and the situation. Its isolated from the rest of the island (accessible only by boat) so its quite quiet which is nice, but it was a bit expensive to travel back to the center (500 baht per day, 1000 baht per night). Not recommended for partygoers. Perfect for relaxing weekend.

The best part about this stay by far is Mr Tuna. They pick you up from the ferry and take you by longtail and then a motorbike taxi to the hotel door (have to pay 500 baht return, but this is quite reasonable). Check in was very easy and room itself is very spacious and clean. Minimal and the TV didn't work but that's not what you go there for! Bathroom was a little on the dirty side, could have done with an extra clean and isn't modern at all. But then this is rural Thailand so for what it was, it still wasn't bad. My shower leaked through the wall out into the room the first night. I let them know this as it was soaked and although the were sat having their food, they jumped up immediately to see and then helped me move room without hesitation. Mr Tuna himself the owner also cooks, his restaurant serves great food and you get some great breakfast options too, you pick what you would like from a basic menu which is nice. He was always there to greet you with a smile and have a conversation, great service. Wifi is good too, only in restaurant and lobby and not rooms but good quality. Would really recommend this if you want to go to somewhere quieter for a few days.

Das kleine Resort liegt im Norden von Phi Phi. Direkt in einem kleinen Dorf aus Bambushütten. Es gibt dort viele kleine Bars und Restaurants und wenn man durch das Dorf hindurchläuft, kommt man am Strand raus. Der Betreiber Tuna ist super nett und man wird sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Resort. Wer Luxus erwartet, ist hier allerdings falsch. Aber der Komfort der Zimmer ist absolut in Ordnung und ausreichend. Auch wer Party sucht, ist hier Fehl am Platz. Hier ist man abseits vom Trubel und kann trotzdem in den umliegenden Bars und Restaurants den Abend verbringen. Tuna hilft immer gerne und gibt gute Tipps. Außerdem kocht er selber in seinem Restaurant. Wir haben andere Restaurants des Dorfes getestet, aber bei ihm schmeckt's am Besten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Very secluded, only 10 'huts'. Mr Tuna and his family are most welcoming. The food was superb and cooked by Mr Tuna and his son. Fab location and really only accessed by a longboat once arriving on PHI PHI. Although you have to look hard to find the long boat at the pier when arriving. .

If you're looking for a fancy resort experience then you should look elsewhere. However, if you're looking for a quaint place run by great people this is it. The room lacks what some westerners might expect in amenities, but it's clean with a comfortable bed. Tuna offers a free kayak and snorkel gear to explore the bay. We made new friends and had an awesome time!

The thai green curry was amazing, and the soup was delicious and delicious. The spring rolls are so fresh and delicious, and the free wifi is a bonus! Fantastic authentic thai food prepared by a lovely mama. I highly recommend this place, it is also very clean.

Saya mengkonfirmasi semuanya. Sebenarnya ada rumah, tapi AC-nya berfungsi. Interiornya bersih, dilengkapi dengan kulkas, air panas, dan handuk. Tempat tidurnya nyaman. Ada dua pantai di dekatnya dan ketika air pasang surut, Anda akan mencapai Pantai Nui. Tuna sebenarnya akan menjemput Anda di pelabuhan dan menurunkan Anda. Selain itu, dia adalah juru masak dan tuan rumah yang hebat. Kami sangat senang.

We had the most amazing food during our 3 week trip to Thailand. Tuna is also such a nice guy, a real artist. We chose to eat at the restaurant every night while we were in ao loh bajo and never got bored with the wide variety of dishes on the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Its the best place in phi! Its a hidden treasure! We only stayed one night there, but we wished we could have stayed longer! Tuna is the best. The place is really nice, clean, and authentic. The restaurant woo is the best in thailand, and everywhere in thailand we had good food but tuna is the best chef! And the best host. I recommend it and i will definitely be back! If you like partying and staying in a place full of tourists, this may not be the best choice for you. Because you have to take a long boat to get there. But we enjoyed it and had a great time at red tuna hut!.

We will leave Thailand with amazing experiences and delicious food, as well as a friend from this warm and wonderful place. Absolutely fantastic food. Dont be deceived by the minimalist decor, if you dont eat here, you are doing yourself a disgrace! We decided to try red tuna on our first night in phoi and had our expectations exceeded. Chef, mr. Tuna, is an absolute legend not to mention a brilliant chef and an artist. We ate here all four days phoi on the island and didnt even bother eating at the resort or anywhere else because the standard and freshness of his food were the best we had during our twoweek trip to Thailand. Being pregnant myself, this was very important to me and i felt completely safe eating his food every night. On the third night he even gave us a private cooking course which my fiance and i will never forget. He specially ordered some of the biggest tiger prawns ive ever eaten, amazing! Prior to this trip my fiance wasnt a big fan of thai food, but after that he changed.

Kami dijemput di pelabuhan dan dibawa dengan perahu ke hotel dekat pantai. Tentu saja tidak gratis seperti yang dipikirkan semua orang, tetapi dengan perahu lain biayanya jauh lebih mahal. Kamarnya pas, bersih, tempat tidurnya bagus dan taman kecilnya juga sangat bagus, bahkan ada AC. Tuna memiliki restoran di seberang jalan dan saya akui ini adalah yang terbaik di Koh Phi Phi! Secara pribadi, tidak ada yang perlu saya keluhkan, begitu juga pasangan saya. Anda dapat mencuci pakaian di sini, mandi air panas, semuanya dekat. Check out tuna if youre looking for a more culinary experience, you cant go wrong. Also a great place for breakfast or classic thai dishes like fried rice or pad thai. Amazing family and some of the best food in town. These guys really kill it with their cooking skills.

I had a great stay here after a bad experience with a resort nearby advertising much more than they have. Pp red tuna are very nice and honest people. Simple standard rooms, but cheap with included breakfast and riverside bungalow. Also good price transfer to tonsai pier.
