Guests are required to provide the number of guests to the property prior to arrival.
Note on Boat Transfers: Starting from May 1, 2026, the complimentary shared speedboat transfers from and to the resort pier are included on a fixed schedule. Advance reservation is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Without an advance booking, transfers will not be arranged and extra charge will apply for a private transfer. Transfers to/from Krabi Airport are not included and will incur an additional fee
To reach the property, a compulsory boat transfer needs to be arranged. All boat schedules will need to be reserved at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date due to space limitation otherwise there will no seat available. Kindly contact the property at least 24 hours prior to arrival date for more details of boat schedule and for transfer arrangement.

The property pier is Nong Nuch pier. Advance booking for join-in speedboat transfer is required due to the limitation of speedboat capacity.

All beaches around Rayavadee are public and throughout the year there are visitors to the beaches around the resort between 10:00 AM and 04:00 PM.
Rates on December 31 include a compulsory New Year's Eve gala dinner for two people in one bedroom Pavilions and for four people in two bedroom Pavilions and two bedroom Villas. Extra person will be additionally charged by the hotel.

The property is undergoing a refurbishment project.
1. New Swimming Pool (Nam Mao Lawn Area) - Project Timeline: 20 April – 30 August 2026 (inclusive) *The new swimming pool is scheduled to officially open on 31 August 2026. - Working Hours: 08:30 AM – 05:00 PM daily
- Guest Experience: Guests may experience intermittent, minor noise during specific phases of the project. To ensure a peaceful stay, the work area will be localized to the Nam Mao Lawn area and fully screened with bamboo fencing. Furthermore, we will prioritize assigning guest rooms away from the work area. - Noise and Dust Level: Rated 3 to 8 out of 10 (variable depending on the project phase)
2. Tennis Court: - Project Timeline: 1 September– 31 October 2026 (inclusive) - Working Hours: 08:30 AM – 05:00 PM daily
- Guest Experience: The tennis courts will be unavailable during this time. As works are strictly confined to the court area, no other resort facilities will be affected.
3. Main Swimming Pool & Railay Zone Improvements - Project Timeline: 31 August – 20 October 2026 (inclusive) - Working Hours: 08:30 AM – 05:00 PM daily
- Facilities: The Main Swimming Pool and Raitalay Terrace Restaurant will be closed for scheduled improvements.
- Alternatives: Guests are invited to enjoy our newly completed swimming pool at the Nam Mao Lawn.
- Dining: All other dining venues remain fully operational, including Raya Dining (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner), The Grotto (Lunch & Dinner), and Krua Phranang (Lunch & Dinner)
