I think Richmann is currently the best hotel in Hat Yai. I was very satisfied staying here. The facilities are complete, there’s a swimming pool, spacious parking with plenty of spaces, and both the interior and exterior design details are truly impressive. Especially love the marble accents in every corner of the interior. The buffet selection offers quite a variety of delicious options. I will definitely come back here on another occasion.

The hotel and its facilities are excellent, including the staff. Travelers may find the location a bit confusing. Overall, i would recommend this hotel because it has excellent amenities. Grabing into town costs about 90 baths to 160 bathes, possibly due to peak and offpeak times. For 8 seats, the tuktu cost around 160 bathtubs.

This is my 3rd stay at Richman Resort. As always, a wonderful 3 nights stay with the kids. The kids loved the Kids Club, loved bathing in the pool at night. The staff are all nice and welcoming, cannot get nowhere else. Room is clean, bath tub is nice, the kids love it.

I cant recommend this place enough. The best place i have ever stayed on all my trips around Asia. Every detail is carefully considered, the staff is multilingual, and the food and drinks are nothing short of excellent. Rooms are spacious and full of light, beds and pillows are heaven on earth.

I would rate this place ten stars instead of five. The personnel are ready to assist you from the minute you park. Checkin went without a hitch. Both the rooms and the property are lovely! There was swarming of light bugs that were everywhere that evening. We made utmost effort to remove the insects that had invaded our room by spraying the exterior walls. As we were having breakfast the following day, we decided to stay another night at the last minute. Even though the hotel was mostly booked, the manager set up additional rooms for us to remain. Upgraded my rooms with 5% discount. While waiting, there was time to relax in the cafe and enjoy coffee. All the staff is attentive, and everything is immaculate. It is the greatest hotel experience ive ever had. For our anniversary, my husband and i will most certainly be back. This location is incredibly unique! I will suggest this hotel to anyone visiting hatyai thanks to the employees and management!.

Around 2 km separates the hotel from the city center. Nearby signs are available and easily accessible via application maps. Call grab driver from within the motel and return to the accommodation. Visitors can easily park in the hotels secure parking area. The swimming pool is smaller than anticipated, though. We were staying in a connecting room and could hear the morning alarm of the next room. Both the bed and the room were comfortable and reasonably priced. Additionally, the restaurant at the hostel offers delicious food at reasonable prices.

This place is a nice hotel in hatyai, with nice rooms and sanitizing swimming pool. Its also suitable for those with children because there is an outdoor play area that is very clean and comfortable. The road to this location is quite challenging. If you drive oversized cars, we recommend parking near the entrance outside parking for easy access. Parking is somewhat narrow. Every activity requires bringing utmost equipment.

The hotel management treated us like criminals for a previously broken sofa bed. We reserved 5 rooms for our family of 10, one of which is the duplex with the promised sofa mattress. However, when we checked in, they gave us an extra bed, which we thought was obscene but remember this detail for later scam reveal, and we asked if we could use the sofabed. I assumed it was all fine because the front desk staff just kept quiet. Nobody had advised us not to open the couch bed after we opened it the following day as we were entitled to per our booking it says it comes with i want to use it, but when you want it to be closed, it cant be opened. Then, the manager called the police, who came to check on us as he didnt want any more than the basic matters. After lunch, we returned to find that the staff had already made sweeping changes and that we werent even trying to settle the matter. Its also hygienic to stay here for two nights. Since it is already very late, no hotel would charge that much for something that could easily be resolved and deescalated. My family and ive been fortunate to travel extensively over the years and have stayed in many different places. But never, ever have we been treated this way by such awful management. To be held accountable for anything that wasnt our fault in the first place.

Highly recommended! Fast service, i asked for an early checkin and they agreed. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Pool is very nice and there is a kids club for kids to play in. Large and clean room. Provided with everything necessary. Just bring your clothes. Location - Quite far from the busy area. But thats not causing any problems, you can just order grab food anywhere. Nonhalal food.
