Wir waren im Townhouse und waren vollkommen zufrieden mit allem. Das Badezimmer der oberen Etage sowie ein Schlafzimmer waren nur über den Balkon zu erreichen das war ein wenig Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben versucht uns bei all unseren Fragen zu helfen.

We stayed in 3 bedroom apartment with direct pool access. Staff very helpful and pool great. Plenty of food options on main road which is a 2 minute walk. Great banana pancakes for 30THB and 5 mins from 7/11

Ett fantastiskt lägenhetshotell med mycket fina, välutrustade lägenheter. Vi bodde i en stor lägenhet i två plan med tre fina sovrum. AC i alla sovrum och på bottenvåningen. Pool-access innebär att vi hade tillgång till den stora poolen direkt från vår uteplats. På övre plan fanns en stor terrass med kvällssol. Rent och snyggt. Hotellet erbjuder restaurang med god frukost och en bred meny. Ca 150-200m till stranden (Long Beach) och den mycket mysiga strandrestaurangen Fat Turtle. Rekommenderar varmt detta hotell och vi kommer garanterat komma tillbaka hit.

Nice apartments with all needed facilities, lovely pool and close to the beach. We had a nice stay here. Only a few things bothered us during the stay: The drain in the shower stank of sewage, which we told the reception. They sent someone to clean it, but it seemed that all he/she did was to pour some chemical into the drain. Didn’t help, so it kept smelling bad. But else, everything was great :)

I will definitely return. This location is simply amazing. They have wonderful service, especially the personnel, who all have wonderful friendship, helpfulness, and passion, on the whole. On the opposite side of the beach and 711, the beach is not right beside the main road, so you won't be disturbed by motorbike commotion because it's close to the swimming pool is tidy, and neat. A large and fully equipped apartment with a huge balcony is ideal for extended stays for a large group and family. We stayed there for 8 nights and it wasn't adequate. The hotel has its own restaurant that is open until 530 p.m. We enjoyed the food there and had the most of our lunch there. We appreciate your host and look forward to returning soon!.

I loved living in Sai Nang Sansanta. It was the best way to start the year. Lots of privacy, apartment, pool, facilities, beach 1 minute from home, everything was perfect. Amazing and beautiful. I definitely recommend this place.

We had a good time at Sai Nam. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable and the staff are all kind enough to help us. Ideally located a few minutes walk from dive relax dive shop and local shops restaurants who all deliver to the apartment. Thank you to all the staff for making this a memorable part of our trip.

We stayed here for ten days. The front desk staff is not the friendliest at all. The pool access was great because we didn't have the best weather while there, so not much time was spent at the beach. There was one longer sun and a table with four chairs out the patio door. The pool was cleaned most mornings, but not always. There were many children in the pool from sun up to sun down, so there was a lot of noise from them. I was 57 and my partner 511. The shower was a bit strange because the shower head was so high and non-adjustable I am 57 and my partner is 511. The bathroom and kitchen sink both had a nasty rotten egg smell every day that we were unable to completely determine where it was coming from. I tried covering the shower drain with a bowl but nothing changed. The water cooler beside the couch was lovely. It costs 40 baht to exchange for a new one at the front desk. The usual instant coffee, sugar, and coffeemate packets you typically get with hotels are not provided, so buy some before arriving if necessary. Only the first use was provided and your on your own for the rest. Just up the street is a 711. Dishes, cutlery, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, etc. are all provided. There is a laundry bag in the unit

Lækkert med adgang til pool direkte fra værelset. Fantastisk pool. Venligt personale- men maden i restauranten er ikke særlig god. Morgenmad er dog fin. Lidt mærkeligt med billige IKEA reoler i et ellers lækkert setup.

Staff were great. The unit was tired. It was also a very strange design with the third bedroom outside on the upstairs balcony. As two of our kids had to sleep out there, we couldn't lock the doors at night, and the door outside produced an incredibly loud metal-on-metal scraping sound. The "beach" closest to the property is all rock. I'd suggest staying somewhere else on Koh Lanta, and probably not long beach.
