Hotel ini memiliki kamar yang besar dan harga yang terjangkau. Namun, staf resepsionisnya tidak ramah sama sekali dan berbicara dengan pelanggan sambil memasang wajah. Tidak peduli berapa kali Anda datang, tetap saja begitu. Sampai saya tidak ingin datang lagi dan menginap di sini.

Perlu di tingkatkan lagi untuk fasilitas kamar karena masih terdapat semut dan jaringan internet yang sering tidak stabil namun untuk pelayanan dari petugas hotel sudah cukup baik.

The room is roomy, with a fridge, open closet, powder mirror, desk, and armchairs. 3 beds were comfortable, however, there was a thick layer of hair beneath the beds that had not been changed because the previous guest had not changed the sheets. To get a remote phone, the phone was unwrapped. When asked about a hair dryer, I put a 200 baht deposit. The bathroom was clean, but there was no curtain or sliding door to keep the shower wet in the toilet. There are two hangers, but that's not enough for a room of 3 people. If needed, the water bottle and toilet paper towel have been changed on a daily basis. Kettle is lacking. Quiet neighborhood that makes it easy to get anywhere, but still convenient because their grab is so low-cost. Mini I we were close and within walking distance. Other amenities like a restaurant, bar, karaoke, cafe, massage, and van transfer were pricey. Going somewhere less expensive was better.

The kettle is not available, you have to go to the lobby to get hot water there. Its very nice if you have a kettle because its easy to wash a bottle and make milk.

This place is very clean, nice and cheap. However, if you drive or take a tuktuk, it may be a bit far from town. Behind the hotel, there is a bridge that you can cross to reach hatyai railway station.

The hotel staff greeted us with loud music and karaoke. The room is comfortable for a triple room, but the bed is quite hard. The cleanliness of the room is good.

The room was quite large. The refrigerator is excellent. However, the hotel is located quite a distance from lee garden plaza. It costs 60 baht during normal hours and 100 baht during peak times.

We will definitely return to breakfast at your cafe. I stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights, the room was very spacious and had a nice bathroom. No toiletries but they provide 3in1 soap dispenser. Have a fridge and balcony. The housekeeping staff is good even though they cant speak english but keep smiling. The front office staff must be more friendly and helpful when we ask for information they try to ignore us maybe they dont speak english but please try to welcome guests with good hearts. And last but not least, we enjoyed our breakfast, the cafe staff were very friendly and helpful, they gave us some information about places to visit during our stay. Very nice lady. Thank you for the very good breakfast.

Silom boutique hatyai hotel is located outside the city center. Lee garden is within walking distance. The hotel looks great, but the soundproofing is not very good. You can hear the noise from outside during people walking around.

Pelayanannya tidak mengesankan, dipesan melalui aplikasi, sesampainya di kamar, staf hanya bertanya uang. Di aplikasi, katanya sarapan gratis. Kata staf, harga belum termasuk kamar. Biasa saja. Fasilitas kamar mandi hanya sabun yang ditempel di dinding. Harga di konter lebih dari 800. Staf tidak mengucapkan sepatah kata pun terima kasih, tidak sepadan dengan harganya.
