Sangat mengecewakan. Layanan pelanggan yang buruk, semangat berlebihan dari seseorang yang mengambil keputusan tanpa melaporkannya kepada siapa pun. Dan ketika kami ingin menemui manajer, dia menolak, bahkan tidak menyebutkan namanya. Kamarnya tidak terlalu bersih. Saya tidak akan pernah mengunjungi hotel ini lagi. Kami tidak diterima. Orang ini bahkan menolak untuk menyewakan saya skuter tanpa mengetahui alasannya. Ini pendapat saya, nol poin untuk segera dilupakan.

Saya datang untuk menginap dan mengeluarkan mobil saya, tidak pernah memesan tempat parkir, pulang terlambat dan harus mencari tempat parkir baru. Namun sekelompok pelanggan membawa mobilnya untuk pergi keluar. Kemudian pasang kerucut untuk memesan tempat parkir, jika Anda kembali, Anda memiliki tempat parkir. (Egois sekali) Saya baru tahu bahwa hotel di Phuket menawarkan layanan seperti ini. Apakah di mana-mana seperti ini? Atau budaya hotel di Phuket? Sangat buruk.

The hotel room is clean and offers great value. It comes with a table, tv, and fridge. The wifi is good, but the shower is weak. There is no tissue or hairdryer provided. There is free parking. The location is about a 10minute walk from the old town. The onsite restaurant serves delectable thai food.
