Overall, my stay was excellent, and i will definitely stay here again on my next visits to bangkok and even recommend it to my friends and family. A very clean, spacious, and wellmaintained serviced apartment located in a residential neighborhood, with access to many varieties of cheap local food and many 7-11 stores within walking distance of the apartment. The environment is quiet and peaceful because it is away from the main road, but occasionally expect some inconsiderate residents who slam their door so hard that it can be heard throughout the property. Washing machines are available at all levels, while dryers are available on the other floors. Washing costs 30 baht per wash and drying costs 50 baht. You will need to provide your own detergent. The property is located between two mrt stations, the Thailand cultural centre and phra ram 9. A casual walk between the apartment and either one of the mrt stations takes about 10 minutes. The property also provides a oneway tuktuk shuttle from the apartment to phra ram 9 station, but there is a waiting period. The security staff and cleaning staff are friendly and courteous. The cleaning team is composed of two staff, so they clean the room daily without fail, making beds, changing towels, cleaning and mopping the floor and balcony as well. There are bugs in the room on the 7th floor. The bugs are a variety of cheap local food and many 7-11 stores within walking distance of the apartment. I can easily pick up 3-5 such bugs each day. One of the reception staff can be rude at times because she doesnt speak english well when spoken normally, so she becomes impatient and irritated, which can be seen on her face.

The room is very spacious. There is a microwave oven and electric kettle for use. Eating utensils are also available. There is daily refill of water bottles and daily cleaning. Really felt like the apartments in thai dramas. There is also a free tuktuk to the mrt, but you can also walk there in around 10 minutes. Near central rama 9, jodd fairs, and fortune town.

Excellent serviced apartment for my longterm stay in Bangkok with my travel companion. It was like home and will be our home the next time we return to Bangkok. Payment is made in cash or credit card with a small 3% transaction fee at the front desk during office hours, water bottles are available for purchase, a coinoperated washing machine for 30 baht per load, a very clean water refill for 1 baht per liter, a king bed, air conditioning, hot showers, toiletries, dishware and silverware, a cooking set available upon request, a large tv, a large refrigerator with an ice tray, microwave, and a hot water electric kettle. We had a late flight and were very grateful for the excellent communication and accommodating staff.

The staff is very warm and friendly. Located in the nice suburbs of din daeng area, there are many places nearby if you want to stay a bit longer. The bar above amazon cafe is nearby and has live music every day. Good food and good vibes. Korean bbq, walking distance from the hotel. Must try. 22nd september, another nice place for coffee and english breakfast.

Hotel ini punya banyak kelebihan tapi mengecewakan karena peredam suaranya agak lemah. Tapi kalau ke Bangkok lagi pasti nginep disini. Berjarak sekitar 15 menit jalan kaki ke stasiun MRT Phra Ram 9, sekitar 1 km, tapi mereka juga menyediakan layanan tuk-tuk gratis ke stasiun. Ada banyak restoran lokal dalam perjalanan ke stasiun, jadi ini adalah tempat yang bagus untuk berjalan-jalan untuk sarapan. Banyak hal yang bisa dilihat di sekitar stasiun, seperti Lotus Fortune Town, Rama 9 Shopping Mall dan Jod Fair Night Market, jadi saya tidak bosan. Dan yang terpenting, akomodasinya sangat bersih. Stafnya sangat ramah dan kamarnya luas dan nyaman. Mereka enggak menyajikan sarapan, tapi ada banyak restoran di dekatnya, jadi tidak masalah. I strongly advise staying here. I rented a hotel here for 3 nights for 3 rooms. The service and accommodation are excellent and amazing. Each room has a tv with internet access. The room is spacious and has a balcony. There is a selflaundry machine outside the room. There is also a 7eleven nearby. There is a tuk shuttle service to the nearby mrt station. Will stay here again on my next trip to bangkok.

You get a very nice serviced studio apartment for the price of a 1 star hotel, surrounded by very lively street food stalls and even a few semiexpat places to eat if you must. As others have noted, it is very clean and the maids come every day with water, coffee and fresh towels. The mattress is comfortable, not hard as a rock as you often find. The pillows are above average. The shower is clean and good. There is a small gym which i used once and a free tuktuk to the nearby metro which i kept forgetting to use. Laundry machines for 30 b are available and they even have dryers, rare in asia, or you can pay to have your laundry done. Drinks and snacks are available downstairs if you forget to buy your nightly shangha at the nearby 7-11. I found the location very pleasant and ate at the nearby Fortune Town food court next to Lotus almost every day. I could easily envision a longterm stay here even though i rented for only 5 nights on airbnb.

Ukuran kamar nya cukup besar untuk membuka dua bagasi berukuran 25 inci. Di dalamnya sudah terdapat sofa dan meja makan (ruang tamu) serta balkon terlampir. Selain itu, terdapat Pasar Malam Qiaode dan Departemen Store yang jaraknya sekitar 15. 20 Menit berjalan kaki.

I stayed here for a week. The price is worth it. The staff is amazing. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. I should have stayed here for a long time. The staff serviced the room every day. The room is clean and tidy. The air conditioning worked great.

I would definitely recommend this place to stay as a digital nomad. Its a nice place to stay as a digital nomad. Nearby, you can find some food and of course 7/11. I cant really say anything but good things. Really large rooms with balconies. Cleaning drink water every day. The staff is friendly and polite. The internet is good enough via wire. If you use wifi, the speed sometimes drops. You can often meet the hotel owner who rules the business, so you can tell him anything you want, like feedback or anything else.
