I stayed here for 5 nights. The rooms were clean, the staff was so friendly and helpful. They even let me have a late late check out with no trouble. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel

I stayed at Smile Place and can honestly say that the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced in a low-cost hotel or guesthouse in Asia. But, the major drawbacks are: their dog barks frequently and does not appear to care that it awakens the guests. Also, their staff was not very good. When we made a reservation, a young man was sleeping at the desk during the day and again when we arrived to check in the morning, and at 9 in the morning. I had to be woken to deal with an air conditioner issue. The room smelled of wet dog dust and there was dog poop outside the steps. Unlike some thai low-cost guesthouse, where people are really friendly.

I want to express my gratitude for the smile location's welcoming attitude in my search for the most welcoming hotel guesthouse in Asia. There is dog barking often and they seem not interested in whether it wakes up the guests. They also have unfriendly staff. The rooms smelt something like damp dog, and there was dog urine in front of the steps. Not like some thai low-budget guesthouse, where the residents are quite welcoming.
