- Any loss or damage of the furniture, equipment and/or property will be charged according to the actual costs of replacement or repairing.
- For hygiene reasons, please remove remaining food and trash every day. The garbage room is outside the building at car parking area.
And 300 baht for set of bed linens. cash only. You can request extra cleaning service at the cost of 500 Baht per basic cleaning, cash only. (Cleaning room, change linen, towels)
- Please check the water, electric and air-condition are not running when you leave the room.
- Do not leave your valuables like jewelry, important documents, etc. in the apartment when you leave it. We do not take any responsibility for they’re loose or damage.
- Provide a copy of passport(s) or ID card(s), VISA permit(s) and departure card(s) on check in (It's by the Thai law that the owner has to register guest with immigration within 24 hrs.)
* Only our guests are allowed to use the accommodation facilities at the condominium.
- For the entire condominium the following rules:
- If any problem with i.e. keycard access, Wi-Fi connectivity, etc. you must report this issue directly to the host. It's not allowed to ask assistance to anyone in the building including the reception, as this is a private matter between guest and host.
* Do not disturb other residents by loud noises in the apartment and public areas, especially from 20:00pm to 09:00am.
- Please Avoid with cooking a lot of smoke or steam. This will activate the smoke detector and fire alarm.
* Food and drinks are not allowed at swimming pool area.
- Please take your shoes off and not leave shoes in front the entrance of the apartment.
- We provide a clean apartment with fresh bed linen, towels at the check-in (1 big- and 1 small towel per person). They won't be changed during your stay. You can request extra sets towel at the cost 100 Baht per person.
