The bed is very comfortable. The interior is a bit washed up and very simple, but the rooms have microwaves and fridges. Great hotel in a good location.

Selama sebulan menginap di hotel ini, mereka tidak mengganti sprei sama sekali. Kasur terburuk yang pernah saya tiduri. Rasanya seperti tidur di papan lantai. Setiap kali saya harus meminta resepsionis untuk membersihkan kamar. Jangan ambil kamar dengan akses ke kolam renang, tamu yang berteriak tidak akan membiarkan Anda tidur bahkan pada jam dua pagi.

The building is quite old. The room rates are comparable to the quality. Parking is available in front of the hotel. The service in the lobby was average. The cleanliness of the room is satisfactory. However, some of the furniture in the room was damaged. The thai housekeeper is competent and provides good service. However, the location is favorable. Easy access to nearby department stores, and there is a 7-11 directly across from the hotel.

Saya komplain karena saya memesan akomodasi melalui aplikasi dan menerima email balasan yang mengkonfirmasi bahwa saya telah menerima kamar. Namun setelah beberapa saat, ada email yang mengatakan bahwa kamar tersebut penuh sehingga kami segera memesan hotel lain. Namun, dengan pembayaran yang sudah dibayar, saya menghubungi hotel. Pihak hotel mengatakan bahwa mereka melihat kamar yang salah. Sebenarnya ada kamar kosong. Anda dapat masuk ke dalam, jadi kami mengingatkan Anda bahwa kami telah memesan hotel baru. Karena saya melihat email pembatalannya. Jadi kami harus segera mencari tempat tinggal baru. Hotel oke, akan mengembalikan uang. Namun setelah hari ketika saya menghubungi lagi melalui aplikasi, hotel memaksa saya untuk memberikan pengembalian uang. Lokasi hotel bagus, 7 per 11 di seberang jalan, 15 menit berjalan kaki ke Vognamat, kulkas bagus di kamar, itu saja. Lihat bantal dari foto, pagi pertama saya bangun saya tidak tahu mengapa bantalnya kuning, saya melepas sarung bantal dan ketakutan. Terima kasih Lateks Bangkok di terminal 21, saya membeli dan melupakan bantal ini. Kasur adalah seni tersendiri, sebelum hotel ini saya tidak tahu ada kasur keras seperti itu, saya tidur di lantai, oke jika Anda terbang selama beberapa hari, tetapi tidur di kasur ini selama sebulan penuh akan sangat menyakitkan. Semua kamar menghadap ke kolam renang, semua orang berenang dan senang merasa seolah-olah semuanya terjadi di kamar Anda, pemilik hotel tidak segan-segan berkumpul di sana bersama teman-temannya dan berteriak pada jam 2- 3 pagi saat Anda mencoba untuk tidur. Pipa ledeng dan hampir semua furnitur sudah lama perlu diganti dan diperbaiki, tekanan air sangat lemah, mencuci sangat merepotkan, air terus mengalir dari bawah wastafel dan toilet, sangat tidak menyenangkan. Selama sebulan penuh mereka tidak pernah mengganti sprei untuk membersihkan kamar, setiap kali Anda harus meminta pembersihan dari resepsionis, ini bukan pertama kalinya. Saya tidak merekomendasikan hotel ini, jangan buang uang Anda. Jaga diri Anda dan jiwa Anda)

Definitely worth recommending this place. My first visit and i enjoyed it. Minutes walk from the much improved beach, minutes walk from local bars, restaurants and other places including massages. 15 minutes walk from walking street or baht bus. 7 minutes walk from tree town 7 minutes walk from central shopping mall baht bus from terminal 21. Good wifi with great coverage, but limited to 3 devices only. Very spacious room and washroom area unlike other hotels nearby. Nice rooftop pool and restaurant. Almost perfect and definitely worth a strong recommendation for singles, couples and or families. I would give this place a 4.5 star rating. Only but was in my room 405, the air conditioning was a bit noisy. Maintenance should fix this problem. Friendly staff including cleaners and receptionist.
