Pleasant hotel in a relaxed atmosphere with friendly and efficient staff. Two outdoor pools. Short walk into town or to the beach.

Das Zimmer wurde netterweise upgegradet, da das eigentliche vergeben war. Das Frühstück ist auf jeden Fall wert gegessen zu werden. Die Auswahl bei dem Preisleistungsverhältnis ist super. Auch für die kleinsten ist gesorgt. Minimales Manko, der Hoteleigene Scanner war leider defekt. Das Servicepersonal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder auch mit Kleinkind anbei. Daumen hoch für das Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Staff and hotel were great. Room was large with option of fan or air con. Well set out furnishing and small courtyard with a clothes rack for your laudry. Pool and restaurant were also good. Restaurants st your door and beach 5min walk. Activities can be booked through reception and towels available for pool or beach at no extra charge. Thanks guys for the ecperience.

We stayed here for 3 nights and would definitely stay again. The hotel is located on a quiet street by Surin beach and the beach itself is gorgeous as well. There are a few restaurants near by including "Audy" (I think that was the name which was absolutely amazing! The only two pieces of constructive criticism I would give are that they should have more ethnic breakfast as welll as softer beds. I also thought the mattress was too firm but my partner and toddler didn't have a problem with it. Overall, loved the hotel!

Une nuit dans cette hôtel avant de repartir. Très bon hôtel,bêlle grande chambre 'deux piscine ,à 50 mètres de la plage très calme restaurants proches et salons de massages.Personnel très aimable bon petit déjeuner.Tout était très bien

The hotel isn't like the other ones on the same road that have massive grand entrances snd therefore can be a bit misleading. The hotel is small but has everything you need! The rooms are gorgeous, simple, clean and yet have a special boutique feel that you won't get at a Novotel or Holiday Inn. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful and made our stay a joy. The pools are small but fine, there are masseuses on site, the food is homemade and yummy as well! The breakfast offers a wide range of choice - eggs, bread, pancakes, cereal as well as traditional Thai food, coffee, teas and juice as well as fresh fruit. We ate two meals at the hotel that were very reasonable and lovely! Even though we couldn't check in when we arrived as we got there quite early they let us stay by the pool and use the facilities until our room was ready - which they gave us an hour before the check in time. The only tiny complaint I have is that the aircon in our room didn't work very well - and they did try to fix it but it just didn't cool properly. I would 100% recommend this hotel!

2ème séjour pour moi dans cet hôtel et toujours satisfaite de tout. Emplacement top, grandes chambres très propres et agréables. Les piscines et le resto sont aussi très appréciés. L'équipe est adorable je conseillerai cet hôtel bien sur.

Hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of Patong if you prefer a quieter location. Staff was friendly, daily free breakfast was great. Surin beach is just a few minutes walking distance across from the hotel. I'd definitely come back and stay here again.

The Hotel is located just a short 3min walk from the amazing Surin Beach. Its behind a couple of shops and restaurants in a quiet street. The Rooms were spacious and equipped with everything you need. Even though an extra chair for the room or the balcony would have been good and the Lighting in the Bathroom was a little weak. Other than that the Bathroom was very nice (Rain-shower) and the Pool was perfect for a little swim to end the day. Everything was very clean during our stay and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Friendly Hotel within a 10 minute walk to the beach. Hotel cleaniness to a high standard. Small family run Hotel with two pools and a few sun lounges. Breakfast is buffet style with a mixture of English/Thai which was very satisfactory for us. Bedroom very large and comfortable with shower facilities. Clean towels everyday with 2 small bottles of complimentary water. The room has a mini safe and a large fridge. The only comment is that if stairs are difficult request a downstairs room which we did on the booking form and were allocated one. I would like to congratulate all the Staff on the pride they take in the running of this hotel

The hotel after 12h of flight welcomed us at 6AM with room waiting for us. It is stylish big and very clean. I love the idea of little stones in concrete at the bathroom. it looked like 5* hotel for money of 3*. Every day there was cleaning, fresh towels, small cosmetics and even tooth brushes with toothpaste. At the entrance there were also flip flops for guests! Of course each day bottled water waited for us in the fridge. The lication couldn't be better!3min to beach alley and stairs down on the beach which is the best to relax and admire the nature. We haven't eaten there or took massage so in that part i don't know. I definetely recommend this place to chill out and rest. Just 2 beach clubs not open long. We will be back next year!

Sehr nettes Personal Der Schöne Surin Beach ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Zimmer waren sauber, groß und praktisch eingerichtet. Würde dort wieder buchen.

Surintra piccolo gradevole resort, a due passi dalla bella Surin beach, a pochi km dalla favolosa Bangtao beach e da altre splendide spiagge di Phuket, adatto a chi cerca una vacanza relax, nei pressi del resort ci sono vari ristoranti tipici, ristobar, SPA, noleggio moto/auto e quant'altro per rendere il soggiorno piu' piacevole possibile.
