o Hot water at toilet/ Bathroom, its auto just turn on the switch, Guest can take shower with Hot water,
o Smoking ,party completely prohibited at our apartment, Smoking allowed only at Ground floor, Smoking area,
o If there is smoking smell before/after check-out or during stay fine will be $150,
o Guest cannot hang their Cloth at Balcony rail and Smoke at apartment,
o cannot use elevator (lift) when wet, if found on Camera have to pay fine 2000Thai baht,
o For long term stay - Guest must have to sign contract- according to valid ID Card, Passport,
o All Guest must have to provide, Copy of- Visa sticker page, Visa stamp, and Departure Card, and 300 baht extra for inform Immigration, and if immigration charge for late notify tenant have to pay for this, Agency or landlord don’t pay for notify Immigration,
o Agency or Landlord cannot give guarantee for extend visa or Thai Driving license,
o Guest must have to remove all trash or personal possessions out of the Premises before check out.
o Before check out- please check all you’re belonging, we have many staff for clean apartment, so after check-out we don't accept any missing complain,
o Remember to take care the KEY-Card, Without Key card guest cannot access the property, if lost - Have to pay fine, 1000 Thai Baht,
o Please try to keep in mind, We are not like Hotel- it's apartment like Your own Home, So sometimes we cannot, arrange your all demand,

o สำหรับการเข้าพักระยะยาว - ผู้เข้าพักต้องลงนามในสัญญา - ตามบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน หนังสือเดินทาง
o แขกทุกคนต้องเตรียมสำเนาหน้าสติกเกอร์วีซ่า ตราประทับวีซ่า และบัตรขาออก และค่าธรรมเนียมพิเศษ 300 บาทสำหรับแจ้งตรวจคนเข้าเมือง และหากค่าเข้าเมืองสำหรับผู้เช่าแจ้งล่าช้าต้องชำระ ตัวแทนหรือเจ้าของบ้านไม่ต้องชำระ ชำระค่าแจ้ง ตม.
o ตัวแทนหรือเจ้าของบ้านไม่สามารถรับประกันการต่อวีซ่าหรือใบขับขี่ไทยได้
