It is so convenient because Maya Shopping Center is only a few minutes' walk away. There is also a 711 just a 2 minute walk away. The laundry service is right next door and does a great job. The room is nice although I wish the kitchen had a bigger and two-burner stove. Some noise from airplanes flying overhead, but so far I slept well here.

We had the pleasure of stopping here for 3 weeks in March 2015, and can highly recommend this hotel. Staff where friendly, the room was spacious and kept immaculately clean by 3 maids who came in every single day of our stay. Location is set off the main road in what is more like a small authentic Thailand village, which cuts down all the noise from the main road. We found it a great place to explore Chiang Mai. We would definitely stay here again and hope our review will help someone to choose this hotel if they are looking for somewhere to stop in this beautiful city. Mark & Maria (room 302)

The hotel is in a good location if you like the norman road neighborhood, but it was quite out of the way from most of my activities. I reserved the hand deluxe room. The room was a really good size and had a nice comfy bed. A good-sized kitchen with a large refrigerator, microwave, sink and dishes. The problem was that the bathroom had no power outlets. They offer a hair dryer upon request, but I had to use the dryer in the bedroom power outlet next to the nightstand, although there was no mirror in the room other than the bathroom, so it was very inconvenient. The bathroom was smaller than I used to and had a very small space by the vanity sink, but there was a nice big desk in the bedroom, so I used it for my facial and hair products items. I was unable to access the hotel wifi. Thanks to Thanchanok Tan, the lovely receptionist, she came up to the room, conducted all the tests, and ultimately brought the wifi router to the room. After that, I had the best wifi connection. The property also has decent exercise equipments available I don't remember seeing on the website. Overall the property is a good value and very good if that's the area to stay.

The best example of a hotel in the hospitality industry, this is one of the best examples of hotels I have ever stayed in, one that should have more than ten stars. We got there at 8 am, well before check in time, and they were kind enough to let her in our room, the front desk ladies and the owner are the sweetest Thai people I have met. They gave directions to a fantastic location in Chiang Mai. The location of the property is great because it is close to nearly everything in Chiang Mai. The town is small so one doesn't have to worry about walking around. Rest of the other attractions are besides the old city temple, which is on the outskirts. They have a variety of types of rooms and even a studio penthouse apartment with a kitchen so if you want to cook while you are away longer, you can. The rooms are tidy and cute. Essentials for bathroom are also available. If you don't want to miss out on your workout, they have a small gym on the property and a beautiful lobby where you can chat with the staff. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and this is gonna be my permanent choice for a hotel in Chiang Mai. Definitely choose this

The location is very convenient because there is a shopping mall just a few minutes walk away. 711 is also a 2-minute walk away. The laundry service is right next door and it does a great job. The room is nice but wished the kitchen was larger and had a two-burner stove. There is some noise from the jets flying overhead but I have slept really well here so far.

Generally, the home is a decent value and excellent if this is your desired area to stay. If you enjoy the norman street district, the hotel is in an excellent location, but it was far from most of my activities. I reserved a deluxe room. The room was a lovely, comfy bed. Large refrigerator, microwave, sink, and dishes are all included in the decent-sized kitchen. The bathroom had no power outlet, which was the issue. On request, a hair dryer is provided, but I had to use the dryer in the bedroom. However, there was no mirror available other than the restroom, making it rather inconvenient. The bathroom was modester than I used to have so little space close to the vanity sink, but there was a lovely, large desk in the bedroom where I utilized it for my facial and hair care products. I was unable to use the hotel's wifi. She did all the tests in the room and ultimately brought the wifi router to the room. After that, I had the greatest wifi connection. There are other decent gym supplies on the property, which I don't recall seeing on the website.

It's a nice place . It's a apartment to on the top floors, not a hotel really. No English at front desk at all, but they try.
