This is the best hotel ive ever stayed at in bangkok on every trip. The hotel is a big and very grand one, and the rooms are so great and spacious that one can understand the value for money. Also, this hotel has tasty restaurant the room the suites are fully equipped with all kinds of modern amenities kitchen equipment, bar and refrigerator are talked about with snacks and drinks. Staff are very helpful and most of the time you might be lucky to have your room upgraded. Location is great, close to everything by walking distance.

The location is excellent. Situated in a peaceful alley away from the adults bar area, which is only 3.5 minutes walk away if thats your thing, the overall services are satisfactory. My companion is an accord member, but the hotel did not provide her with the welcome drinks, so she was unhappy. Housekeeping is adequate. Although my bedsheet has been cleaned, it has stains on the side. The room and bathroom are spacious, yet they have gotten used to them. You can hear the door closing, however, you otherwise cant hear your neighbors, this is favourable.

The restaurant and bar are very expensive by Bangkok standards, and i think even western standards are more expensive than this hotel. Its ridiculous to get beer in canada than at this place. The food is the same. This was very disappointing and the main reason ill not be back. Also, although it is clean, the hotel is getting a bit old (scuffs on some walls in our room, peeling counter finishes, etc. Minor, but unexpected given the 5 star rating on other platforms and over $100 cad per night. Location is good but far from downtown and grand palace (20 minutes by taxi, close to bts (3 minutes to Nana station) and 15 minutes walk from the metro. From here, getting to downtown or khaosan road was rocky as if he didnt go all the way and wait for the subway with long wait times. Hotel is spotless and wellmanaged. Staff were excellent. Overall, there are better hotels at that price.

A decent hotel for the price range, but not a 5 star hotel. The room was adequate. It appeared to be clean and comfortable, however, the couch and chairs had some stains on them. There was sporadic mold or mildew growing on the walls in the shower and on both the blinds by the bathtub. On our last day there, we discovered cockroaches in our bathroom (just flushed them out, not an issue). The massage spa was excellent. Although it is somewhat pricey, that is tolerable, and sincerely, it was worthwhile not having to leave the hotel altogether. Nearly everything we needed is within walking distance of the hotels location, which is quite good. Waiting for everyone to swipe their keycards to select their floor is kind of annoying because the elevators are so slow. Breakfast was decent, although i believe it costs too much. We did it on our first morning out of boredom, yet there are far better places to enjoy delicious coffee and breakfast nearby.

The grand is always my top choice for a staycation, its impeccably clean and the staff are exceptionally efficient. Ive been visiting for over 5 years and have never experienced any issues. The location is ideal, just stepping 2 minutes to the nearest bts and allowing you to walk to all the restaurants and bars in soi 7. Free parking, taxi service outside the entrance, and chauffeur service inhouse are all included. There is an inroom coffee shop, gym, pool, etc. Henry sun, the manager of the hotel from ten years ago, always left uglily in the suite. Despite the managerial change, this hotel and base are still highly recommended, despite the management change.

Ive always been a frequent visitor to grand sukhumvit, and the hotel and staff have never stopped surprising me. The hotel has always made me feel at ease. Its primarily because of its convenient location and proximity to the metro. If one has any questions or issues, the staff, front desk, or in particular the hotels manager go above and beyond to assist. As is customary with the motel being clean and tide. Room service is prompt and very professional. In the restaurants, there is incredibly delicious food, especially breakfast, which offers dozens of different cuisines. Like previously stated, it feels like home. There is nothing negative that i can think of to comment on. Best wishes and keep up the fantastic work.

If you want to use and explore the city, this is a great location to take the sky train. Also walk to some interesting nightlife, good restaurants, and highquality hotels. The staff is friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is maintained in the rooms. Breakfast is more of tasty, offering varying breakfast and lunch options. There is plenty of sun in our relaxing pool, with complete spa service. They will check your temperature for security in case of an emergency.

On our final day in thailand before returning home, we stayed here, and im glad we did. We were given a free upgrade to suprupiah suite because they were completely booked in our original room. The room had sized beds and sanitary facilities that we liked. An excellent way to unwind before preparing for upcoming long day of travel was the fullhour body message offered by the hotel. Although the service was pricier than most street message parlors, it was well worth it because of the cleanliness and staff. Jenny was particularly courteous and helpful when we called the motel prior to our visit. Mimi did an excellent job during checkin and answered all of our inquiries about the location. My only negative review of this establishment was its free breakfast. When we arrived at 10.00 am, most of what we ordered was already cold. I couldnt take more than eat french toast in particular because it smelled soggy and old. To make matters worse, they kicked us out at 10.30 am on the dot to prepare the restaurant or eating for lunch. In my opinion, there is no rush. If you visit, i advise showing up early. Overall, our stay was wonderful, but we loved the room overall. Thank you for everything!.

What a delight. We were always welcomed and left when we entered and exited. The entire building was opulent, and they went above and beyond to make sure our anniversary stay was worthwhile. Cake, flowers, or towel art really set the mood. Our breakfast buffet at the cafe included fusions of japanese, western,and thai dishes, making sure we didnt miss out on anything we wanted. From the higher floors, the view was breathtaking and panoramic. To put it mildly, there was an elegant bathroom, but the air conditioning was so effective that we occasionally felt like we were back in the weather in our room in canada. Both the laundry service was prompt and professional. On the subject of the pool, however, we reserved enlisted hoped for interacting with the swim up bar, which unfortunately wasnt swimming at all. In fact, ordering and drinking had to be done outside of your poolwhich was truly the only letdown we experienced. However, if there is some false advertising, it is not the end of things. It was compensated by the overall experience. Although the water was cold at night or at dusk, its ideal for hot morning and afternoon to quickly cool down. Thai massage we received was both professional and incredibly soothing. Many thanks to everyone involved. But perhaps change the name of this pool from swimup bar to swim then order and drink at sun bar?

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Im happy to return and stay again. Excellent customer service. Very friendly. The room has sanitized 70 th touches. Clean and wellkept. Daily water, coffee, and tea refreshment. I had slept well at the hotel and found the bed to be quite comfortable. Bar cocktails need improvement. If you are traveling by train, the location isnt the most simple to find. Didn't try the hotels cuisine. However, there are several excellent options nearby within ten minutes walk.
