I'm happy with this place. Very relaxing and calm place to stay. Nice, calm air conditioning and a good shower in great rooms. With the help of the faucet, my teeth were happily cleaned. The staff is friendly and helpful. While the free breakfast was limited, it was sufficient because this is the off-season, and we were pretty much the only four people here. Two free bikes that were in excellent shape and used every morning. A well-maintained, clean swimming pool. Both local markets are easily accessible on foot, as are numerous excellent regional restaurants nearby.

The hotel is located near the main road, therefore only one thing is noise from the main road. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants. The room is spacious, and the facilities are complete. The bed is nice and clean, which is comfortable. Highly recommended. The swimming pool is undergoing development. While it's a little out of the way from the beach, it's not an issue because you can still walk or take a taxi there.

What a delightful discovery this was after an unpleasant encounter elsewhere. We discovered this hotel after discovering a different hotel. Our room was in the back of the hotel, so there was little noise from the main road and we overlooked the swimming pool. The room was very modern and spacious with a large comfortable bed, fridge, and kettle. The housekeepers always did a great job every day. The receptionist was very helpful and always had a grin on her face. If there was something else we wanted for breakfast, she would get it for us. Although the pool wasnt enormous, with only a few sun loungers, it was wellkept and a nice quiet refuge after a day at the beach. We would undoubtedly return, for the price we paid, we couldnt have found anything better.

Overall, everything is fine, from the breakfast to the cleanliness to the service. The room is spacious and has air conditioning and a clean bathroom. But even their staff is unable to speak English very well but did a good job. Thank you. The good things are there are free bikes. So enjoy your stay.

Nous étions logés en Suite en rez de chaussée donc chambre et salle de bain très spacieuses avec un grand dressing. Le bémol est qu'il n'y a pas d'extérieur privatif Point noir : les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas d'où une odeur d'humidité constante Nous n'avions pas le petit déjeuner Pour finir, scooter indispensable car hôtel situé tout au bour de Khao Lak

Jeg synes man fik rigtig meget for pengene (210 kr pr nat), som mindede om et hotel i Danmark der ville koste minimum 800 kr. Minus er at man skal gå lidt langt til de gode restauranter og en meget støjende vej den ligger ud til med 3-sporet vej i begge retninger, men igen kan jeg ikke klage over det da det er meget billigt i forhold til kvaliteten. De kunne måske godt uddanne personalet til at kunne lave drinks, da der få gange var nogen på hotellet der kunne det.

Rummen var rena men inte i uppdaterat. Paneler ramlade av och sängbordet hängde på sidan. Över lag bra hotell men sämre location. Bredvid vägen och det görs in i rummet. Frukosten var bra när man ber om det man önskar

Das Personal ist sehr unaufmerksam, bis auf die beiden morgens beim Frühstück die sehr nett und hilfsbereit waren. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber das Bad braucht dringend eine Renovierung. Der Wasserdruck hat stark geschwankt, war aber immer hoch genug zum duschen. Das WLAN war auch nicht das beste und funktionierte teilweise gar nicht. Im Pool fehlten einige Kacheln, aber er war sauber. Das Hotpot Restaurant nebenan ist sehr zu empfehlen.

La chambre attribuée était en aucun cas celle réservée et expédia ne m'a pas aidé à ce sujet. J'ai été obligée de payer 200€ en supplément pour avoir une chambre décente. Et encore la suite que l'on a eu ensuite était très très humide, peinture qui s'ecaillait et pas de télévision. Malheureusement ma seule option en haute saison a Koh Tao était de payer ce supplément à mes frais car expédia n'en a pas assumer la responsabilité. Je ne recommande ni cet hôtel, ni de réserver par expédia car au moindre problème il ne seront pas là. J'attends de finir mes vacances afin de transmettre cette affaire à mon avocat en France et obtenir réparation.
