The hotel is close to the beach, bars and local restaurants, and a 7/11 store. The facilities are basic but the rooms are en suite, spacious and clean, with a TV, fridge, hairdryer and kettle although you’ll need to provide your own tea or coffee, sugar and milk. The hotel has a lovely outdoor pool, ample parking and a well stocked beer fridge in the reception which acts as the bar. Reception is manned 24/7 and breakfast is available although we had breakfast out. The hotel has 4 floors but no lift, but help is available with your luggage if required. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

Love that family room is two separate rooms connecting and the water bottle provided in each room was a plus. The old box analog TV could definitely be upgraded to cable like the other room though

I had a great experience while staying here, and I like the service provided by the lovely, welcoming, and kind employees. Also, the breakfast was nice as well. I reserved a lovely king size room. My room has a nice view and is quite spacious. I could see the mountains, and the hotel was not far from the shore. I will return when on vacation.

The beach is very close and there is nothing you could do but relax. The employees are really helpful and kind. This is a basic hotel with spotless beds and a lovely pool. The breakfast is cornflakes, toast fried eggs and tinned hotdog sausages, unless you like Thai soup and rice. The beds are extremely hard, so we were unable to get a good night's sleep. Taxis and motorbike rentals are the only options for getting around. Very few English speakers and very few English-speaking signs.

I have booked a papplication room which was clean and ac not noisy and it was close to the city. It is recommended for those looking for cheap rooms because they do not charge more if you wake up late.

The location of the hotel is ideal for a quiet trip. It takes minutes to walk to the beach. I'll be using a taxi to board the boat to the beach or to Bangkok. Rayon is quite a distance away. Patty can be spotted by minivan. Unless you have a bike, there are no taxis or transportation in the evening. The hotel was good. But some areas were undergoing renovations. If you can't handle the stairs every day, there is no lift provided. Overall a pleasant quiet place. But it's very quiet.
