This place is very nice, with a great swimming pool. The location is close to the beach and 10 minutes walk from kamala beach. And 15 minutes drive from patong beach!.

The location is nice and peaceful. They have many options including pool villas, single rooms, Single and multiroom condos. There is a small restaurant, pool and gym.

The overall services is great. However, they can improve on the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of their swimming pool. I didn’t get to enjoy the swimming pool as the corners have flying insects and seemed like someone puke in the water. About the location. It is quiet and peaceful. About 20-25 minutes walk to the beach and not too many dinning options outside.

The villa is quite cozy and wellequipped, with plenty of trees surrounding it, but its far from restaurants and the center of patong. I guranree, you must adore the enormous swimming pool. For groups of more than 7, the renting fee is reasonable. Please note that the electricity bill is not included in the rental price.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and booked through airbnb. Absolutely amazing experience, our host was great. The condo is in my opinion the best location for longterm stays because its just off the main road so its quiet and there is no noise at all! Very spacious rooms, we were able to set up a monitor for remote work and we didnt rent o scooters so everything was within walking distance. There is onsite reception from 8 am to 5 pm every day for any problems. We will definitely stay here again if we visit kamala.

The villas size is breathtaking, with a lovely large pool and air conditioning all adding up. Large families can be accommodated in this place thanks to the private parking that is covered. The rooms are very spacious, featuring walkin closets, desks and chairs, tvs as well as private toilets or showers. A party can take place in the living area. With oversized refrigerators on the kitchen, there is hardly any need to go anywhere. 7eleven is conveniently located nearby. There are several excellent restaurants and the beach is within walking distance. As the masjid is 500 meters away, you can hear ashthan. Although the staff doesnt speak english very well, they are friendly. Super tidy. Its incredibly clean. This location is fantastic. I adored it, but the pool isnt particularly private. Privacy is exposed by the neighboring apartments building and also the villa next door. Wifi is terrible. You can only use whatsapp. Electricity policy is harsh.

Very affordable. The restaurant is not included and there arent many options, but its good for breakfast. Reseption is good and the girls are very nice. They can also rent you a motorbike. Cleaning the room is great but not perfect. Worst part is the large speaker near the resort entrance that sings muslim prayers all day from 5 am and occasionally wakes up who sleeps in the next room near to the entrance.
