This place is new and next to the airport, but not noisy at all. The 711 Mart is located at the corner of the block. There are no major malls nearby so this place is difficult. The price is only 600 baths 20 per night and the wifi is very good! The staff are very friendly and helpful!

Excellent value boutique-style hotel. It is not hard to locate, the sign on the way from the main road is welcoming, but you are only given the option of a groundfloor room with a balcony to the street and parking adjacent to the parking lot, which fortunately wasn't used but would have meant that someone would literally park on your balcony. The room is really spacious and modern, but a touch tacky and a touch satanic without a managing director to be minimalist in decor, budget definitely played a part, generic soaps and shampoos, towel rack kept falling, which was not a good sign for such a new structure finished in 2015. The reception was very friendly but sadly couldn't meet the request not to remain on the ground floor. seems to cater mostly to Thais. The airport location is excellent, but it still requires transportation so the benefit is modest. They offer free airport transfers both ways, so the hassle is very little. Even the closest 711 air does not have them, and the location is ideal. They offer free room services both ways, so there is no problem. It has a nice homey feel to it. They have 2 bikes for guests, so make sure you get one, otherwise it will be a fairly straightforward walk. Excellent boutique hotel at a great value. Not difficult to find, with a good sign leading off the main road and a welcoming receptionist, but you are only offered the option of a ground floor room with a balcony to the road and parking facing a parking spot, which luckily wasnt occupied, but would literally have meant someone would park on your balcony. The room is very roomy and contemporary, but it's a little tacky and satanic without a managing director and no minimalist decor, the lowest quality generic soaps and shampoos, the towel rack kept falling down, not a good sign for such a new structure finished in 2015. The reception was friendly, but sadly could not accept the request not to stay on the ground floor. Seems to cater primarily to Thai people. The airport location is excellent, but it still requires transportation, so the benefit is modest. They offer free airport transfers both ways, so the inconvenience is very small, despite their advertised 24 hrs roomservice on Papplication where I made my reservation, they did not have such a thing, and there is no food near the nearest 711 air. 10 minutes away, they have 2 bicycles for guests, so make sure you get them, otherwise it's a pretty big walk.
