This place is a great place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The rooms are clean, luxurious, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and genuine. There is private beach access with daily free activities such as yoga. There is a free shuttle to and from ao nang villa resort. You should try their onsite otium spa too.

Lokasinya agak jauh dari kawasan populer atau perkotaan, namun itu berarti tamu hotel dapat berjalan-jalan ke pantai yang tidak terlalu ramai. Staf hotel hangat, profesional dan sopan. Mereka meminta layanan merapikan tempat tidur pada malam pertama. Pada malam kedua, kamar ditolak setelah kembali dari luar. Luar biasa! Ada bus antar-jemput dua mobil ke dan dari Jalan Ao Nang tiga kali sehari. Meskipun kolamnya tidak besar, tetapi tamu hotelnya sedikit, jadi pas. Hotel ini juga memungkinkan parkir atau sepeda motor secara gratis. Sarapannya rata-rata tetapi sangat mengenyangkan.

Our threenight stay at the hotel left us feeling quite happy. The hotel has a great design, views, and atmosphere, and the personnel at the hotel were all very kind and accommodating. The room was neat and clean. There were several options for breakfast, and the pool was a great place to unwind all day. Rina, the concierge, was incredibly kind and assisted us with the day tours. The hotels location is isolated and distant from the center of ao nan, so it requires transportation to attractions, restaurants, etc. The hotel has shuttles that take you back and forth several times a day, and the restaurant at the hotel is pricey and not worth the price, which is unfortunate given that there arent many options nearby. We had dinner at a lovely restaurant called god li 300 meters from the hotel, which was truly amazing. I would suggest staying at this hotel if you want a relaxing and laidback vacation.

I am excited for my third visit! This is my second visit to the shell sea resort, and despite some wear and tear that seems to have occurred during the pandemic, this place continues to amaze me. What sets this resort apart is its amazing natural setting, which is nothing short of incredible. The tranquility, calmness, and sheer mesmerizing beauty of the surroundings make it a haven for relaxation and rejuvenation. However, what truly sets the shell sea resort apart is its exceptional staff. From the moment you arrive, they go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is nothing short of unforgettable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality are unparalleled. Its obvious that they take great pride in making every guest feel like a vip. While you may notice some minor wear and tear here and there, it is important to remember the challenging times the hospitality industry has experienced during the pandemic. The fact that the shell sea resort has maintained its commitment to providing a memorable experience despite these challenges speaks volumes about their dedication. We stayed in a room with an ocean view for 4 nights. Its a great resort to relax and relax. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and have great sunrise views. There are 2 main pools at the hotel, adults and everyone else, but access to a private beach turned out to be disappointing. The beach wasnt very clean. Maybe natural is a better description. Certainly in comparison to most other beaches in Thailand, it could use some work. Youd think the hotel could hire a few people to clean it up a bit, as they promote it as a private beach. There are several shanties along the beach, which downgraded the private beach experience to a common not well maintained beach. We stuck to the pool. The resort experience, however, was very good. The front desk staff are excellent with a great attitude and provided a positive check in and out experience. The bartender Moo was also great. He made us feel important. I thought the staff were engaged and helpful. As others have said, the food is good, but the menu is limited and the wine selection is basic. All wine comes ice cold, which was a bit disappointing if you want to enjoy a good bottle of chianti. Loved the morning cappuccinos and the barista ladies were happy to make them! So overall, we enjoyed our stay just avoid the beach.

Atau bagi yang ingin berendam di bathtub yang lebih besar di dalam kamar juga tersedia jacuzzi, makanan enak dan minuman enak. Pemandangan di sekitarnya sangat indah. Membuat Anda merasa sangat segar. Suasana sekitar sangat bagus, terdapat viewpoint untuk mengambil foto indah di malam hari, berjalan-jalan sambil merasakan semilir angin dan melihat pemandangan sekitar memberikan perasaan yang sangat menyenangkan. Makanannya enak, jalan-jalan ke sini sangat nyaman dan mudah. Saya jamin kalau berlibur, datang sekali saja bersama orang tersayang pasti akan kangen dan ingin datang lagi lain kali.

We booked this hotel expecting a luxury experience and a 5 star hotel standard, especially for the price paid, about 11,000 baht per night for the basic garden view deluxe room. Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to our expectations. I will start with what we liked. The pool water temperature was good, not too cold. The sea views and trees and plants around the pool were nice. The basic deluxe room with garden view is spacious. The facilities are clean. Breakfast had a good variety of options. If you are a family with children, it seems that the hotel is child friendly. The room is a bit worn out, some towels were old and you could see them breaking, the door knob card scanner kept falling every time we closed the door. The 2 pools are much smaller than what they look like in the pictures. The bathroom toiletries were of poor quality. And the hotel felt low, for example, fake plant decorations on the dining room table. The 2 pools are much smaller than what they look like in the pictures. The receptionist told us that our preferred room was not available so we had to stay in another allocated room. After a long tiring discussion, she was able to find the room we originally booked. They have classes like yoga, thai boxing for an extra fee, village walk, etc., which is nice. They have a shuttle that goes to and from town 4 times a day, but it only fits 8 people so we can never use it unless you book it at least 2 days in advance. For a 5 star hotel that is at 70% capacity during the peak season, i expected them to increase the number of shuttles or increase the frequency, especially because the town is only 15 minutes away by car. Overall, it was a good experience that did not meet our expectations. If you are looking for a luxury 5 star hotel experience, i would not recommend this hotel. But if you find a good price and want something just comfortable, this may be suitable for you.
