Nous avions réservé un appart‑hôtel à la résidence Aristo Luxury Beach du 27 au 31 décembre pour 4 personnes (2 adultes, 2 enfants), sur la base d’une annonce indiquant clairement une capacité de couchage pour quatre et montrant des photos flatteuses et rassurantes. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la réalité était radicalement différente et que le logement était totalement impropre à l’hébergement d’une famille. • Le lit principal ne permet tout simplement pas de dormir à quatre, contrairement à ce qui avait été affirmé par le loueur qui a explicitement prétendu le contraire. • Le sofa servant de lit d’appoint était taché, extrêmement sale, visiblement non nettoyé depuis longtemps. • L’appartement était insalubre : cafards traversant sous le dressing, cheveux et traces suspectes sur le matelas, et suspicion de punaises de lit, rendant le couchage dangereux et inacceptable. • L’état général (propreté, entretien, literie) était très loin de ce que laisse entendre l’annonce, qui est à nos yeux trompeuse et mensongère. Face à ces conditions indignes, nous avons décidé de ne pas dormir une seule nuit dans l’établissement, afin de protéger notre famille. Nous avons dû trouver en urgence un autre hébergement à nos frais, alors même que ce séjour avait été intégralement payé à l’avance. Ce logement ne correspond en rien aux standards minimaux de propreté et de sécurité attendus, encore moins pour une famille avec enfants. futurs voyageurs, cet établissement est à fuir
