Even though it had a large parking space, plenty of rooms, late check-in service in the restaurant and a function room, everyone was really accommodating. Don't expect a modern hotel but still clean, huge rooms, a big parking lot, and helpful service.

The hotel is close to the main road, making it a reasonable option. When you get to the hotel area, there's a calming ambiance. When I arrived, I was eager to swim in the hotel pool. Yet, according to the sign on the poolside, they charged extra for hotel guests to use the pool because it wasn't spotless. When I arrived, I was looking forward to a swim in the pool. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with excellent air conditioning. The bathroom had a fantastic hot shower. The lunch was affordable and delicious. The most memorable aspect of this hotel must have been the extremely accommodating reception staff, who tried her very best to locate one of my things that I had forgotten after I checked out. Thank you! But there are a few small problems that could be improved.

3 years ago and last year with my Thai girlfriend, it was a pleasure to stay there. I recommend vip rooms close to the pool. Huge, spotless rooms with excellent value. The pool is fantastic, and the restaurant is among the cheapest I've ever had. They have two pounds worth of fish and chips, which are very appropriate. The town is nearby and Sarin, where the elephant tour happens in mid-November, takes a five-minute taxi ride. There isn't another hotel in the neighborhood that could match the cost.

My Thai partner and I frequent this area. On our last stay, we were pleasantly surprised and pleased that finally we had satellite service to only 3 snowy terrestrial channels in our room last time, and we were even happier that fortunately, a worn mattress was also replaced during our 2-week stay. The only disappointment this time was that we had to kill what looked like five perfectly healthy looking cockroaches that somehow appeared on the bathroom wash basin bench over several evenings. Apparently during discussion we were told this is not a common occurrence in the hotel and maybe just our room. I think in the future we will request another room. In closing, we would like to say that we have always found the staff and management to be extremely friendly, polite, and always helpful. In addition, it is pleasing to report that from our recent observation, the hotel is gradually improving and upgrading hotel facilities. We would not have any reservations about recommending this hotel or staying here in the immediate future.

I personally stayed here a lot for a couple of weeks at the time at least twice each year. Since posting many reviews, my Thai companion and I usually stay here for two weeks at a time. A few positive aspects that stand out, including the fact that the hotel administration is striving to improve room comfort by providing additional pillows two of which are in the wardrobe, but we were unable to choose because we do not lie down on pillows without fitted pillow slippers in order to maintain cleanliness. The poor free wifi connection causing the internet access was ineffective. It was extremely regrettable to report that one night we had to take chilly showers. We learned this after contacting the front desk that night that the solar panels were out of sun. It is highly unlikely that the electric booster element that is meant to switch in to assist on overcast days was inoperable. We spoke with reception again the following morning after another cold shower, and we were given a nearby room with plenty of hot water. In conclusion, we always found the hotel staff to be courteous and courteous at all times. With the exception of the ineffective internet in both rooms and the cold shower issue, the room was always clean, serviced, and well-kept.
