In our apartments it is prohibited:
- To bring strong smelling food.
- To leave open sweets or other food from the refrigerator, to avoid ants
- To dry bed linen with towels on the balcony railings;
- To use a vacuum cleaner for wet garbage (fine for mold in a vacuum cleaner 1000 baht)
- To flush personal hygiene items into the toilet (fine for clogging 15,000 baht)
- Do not use metal cutlery for non-stick cookware. Fine for damaging cookware is 500 baht

Please! After washing, be sure to leave the door of the washing machine open and dry it.

Please note that electricity and water are paid separately by meters!
Electricity - 6 baht/kw
Water - 50 baht/m3

Also, upon check-in, you must make a security deposit of 10,000 baht (or $ 300).

Cleaning is not included in the price of accommodation❗️
If necessary, you can order it yourself at the reception

-without linen change 500 baht

We provide a spare supply of towels and bed linen for stays longer than a week✅
