The location is close to many great restaurants but still peaceful. There is free drinking water and excellent laundry service. It was nice that our room had a kitchenette and tv. However, i did miss savoring items in the kitchen, such as utensils and cutting boards. Very pleasant place with very friendly owners!.

If we visit chiang mai again, we will most definitely return. We adored this location! Our room was spacious and spotless, but most importantly, our heart was broken for the owners, who were also residents of the house and were incredibly kind and nice. Even in Thailand, you rarely meet people like this.

This place has the feel of a hostel with private rooms. There are various room sizes. The kitchen in the room is quite small, and it lacks basic cooking and eating equipment. Staff are friendly and helpful. This location is run by amiable family who go above and beyond to ensure utmost comfort. You can eat your own food in this nice common area, which is also comfortable for working. Internet access is good. Other reviews have mentioned that the hot water issue is albeit slightly better, but not completely resolved. In the evening, the heat is unstable. Its sometimes too hot or sometimes cold. Overall, our experience was satisfactory. Location in old town, close to everything important, yet on id say quiet street. Prices are reasonable. If price matters, you can recommend it, if you dont mind with minor issues and want to stay in quaint surroundings.
